Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Product Analyst will play a key execution role across RBA’s enterprise application portfolio — supporting backlog management, requirements development, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on experience in ESG, supply chain compliance, or responsible sourcing platforms who is ready to apply that domain knowledge in a product-focused capacity. The IT Product Analyst works closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into well-defined requirements and ensure timely, quality delivery across active workstreams. \n \n Scope of Responsibilities: \n\n • Backlog Management: Assist the Senior Product Manager in maintaining and grooming the product backlog across multiple applications; write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.\n, • Requirements Gathering: Conduct working sessions with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements; identify gaps, edge cases, and dependencies.\n, • Vendor Coordination: Support day-to-day coordination with external development and technology vendors, including tracking deliverables, flagging issues, and facilitating communication between technical teams and internal stakeholders.\n, • UAT Support: Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing; document defects, track resolution, and confirm acceptance criteria are met prior to release.\n, • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and distribute status updates, meeting notes, and product documentation to keep cross-functional teams informed and aligned.\n, • Process Documentation: Document current-state workflows, business rules, and data processes to support requirements development and future-state design.\n, • Domain Subject Matter Support: Apply working knowledge of ESG, supply chain compliance, or responsible sourcing processes to inform requirements, validate solution design, and support member-facing platform needs.\n, • Sprint Participation: Actively participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives); track task-level progress and surface blockers to the Senior Product Manager.\n, • Data & Reporting Support: Assist in defining reporting requirements and validating data outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.\n, • Other duties as assigned.\n\n \n Experience Required: \n\n • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.\n, • 3–5 years of experience in a product management, product ownership, or business analyst role supporting enterprise software platforms.\n, • Hands-on experience with ESG, supply chain compliance, responsible sourcing, or audit/assessment platforms — either as a user, analyst, or product team member.\n, • Demonstrated ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.\n, • Experience participating in Agile/Scrum delivery environments, including sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming.\n, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and document complex business rules and workflows.\n, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to and facilitating sessions with business stakeholders.\n, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.\n\n \n Experience Desired: \n\n • Familiarity with global supply chain standards, responsible business conduct frameworks, or sustainability reporting (e.g., GRI, CDP, TCFD).\n, • Experience working within a nonprofit association, membership organization, or standards body.\n, • Proficiency with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Monday.com.\n, • Experience with collaboration and diagramming tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or similar.\n, • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), CBAP, or similar certification.\n\n \n RBA Benefits, Paid Time Off and Workplace Flexibility: \n\n • 100% Company Paid Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision). 75% Company Paid coverage for all dependents.\n, • Annual Company 401K Safe Harbor Contribution.\n, • Free on-site parking or 100% transit subsidy up to federal maximum.\n, • 100% Company Paid Premiums for Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and A.D.D.
