What You’ll Do • Prepare and complete customer orders by loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping products, • Pick orders by zone using RF scan guns and handheld scanners to track each pick accurately, • Stand, bend, and lift for 8–10 hours while handling items up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs, • Pick, pack, and ship online orders with strong focus on speed, accuracy, and quality, • Verify outbound shipments for correct labeling, packaging, and documentation, • Use WMS systems and computer applications to process orders and maintain inventory accuracy, • Operate pallet jacks and wave riders safely within racking zones, • Follow warehouse safety rules including steel/safety toe shoe requirements, • Communicate effectively to understand instructions and process changes, • Maintain a clean, organized work area and report issues promptlyEssential Skills, • 2+ years of order picking experience in warehouse or distribution, • RF scanner proficiency for accurate tracking, • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and frequently handle 50 lbs, • Ability to stand 8–10 hours in a fast‑paced setting, • Comfort using WMS systems and computers, • Strong English communication, • Pallet jack operation, • High‑productivity warehouse experience, • Reliable attendance, • Attention to detail for accurate picking, labeling, and documentationPreferred Experience, • Retail experience (helps with customer‑focused accuracy), • High‑volume packing experience, • Familiarity with tall racking systems, • Wave rider operation, • Flexible shift availability, • Strong safety complianceWhy Work Here, • Family‑run organization with a close‑knit culture, • Industry‑leading benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, • Generous HSA contribution for participating employees, • 401(k) match up to 5% plus profit sharing, • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time, • Long‑term stability with strong respect, support, and recognitionWork Environment, • Large distribution center with tall racking systems and defined picking zones, • Frequent use of wave riders and pallet jacks, • Fast‑paced, structured, production‑driven environment, • Shifts available:, • Sunday–Thursday, 5:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m., • Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., • New hires do not start on Mondays or Fridays, • Steel/safety toe shoes required, • Clear processes, strong safety standards, and high‑volume order flow Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
