Salesforce Order Management Technical Architect for Capgemini \n \n About the job: \n Salesforce OMS Architecture spanning both B2B and B2C order flows. The SF OMS Technical Architect owns end-to-end OMS solution design, integration architecture, and technical delivery leadership. Candidate must be willing to travel some to client in Minneapolis. \n What you will do at Capgemini and what you will bring: \n\n • 10+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience, with 3+ years dedicated to Salesforce Order Management (OMS).\n, • Led 2 or more full Salesforce OMS implementations from discovery through go-live in a technical architect or lead role.\n, • Proven OMS architecture across both B2B and B2C order lifecycles on the same or comparable engagements.\n, • Deep command of the OMS order lifecycle: order capture, orchestration flows, fulfillment, allocation, invoicing, payment capture, returns/RMA, and cancellations.\n, • Expertise designing and configuring OMS Order Management Flows, order summary / order product data models, and orchestration item routing.\n, • Integration architecture connecting OMS to ERP, WMS, tax, and payment gateways (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Avalara, payment processors).\n, • Hands-on OMS-to-Commerce integration for B2C (B2C Commerce / Storefront) and B2B (B2B Commerce / order-on-behalf, account-based purchasing).\n, • EDI and OMS integration patterns for B2B (purchase orders, ASN, invoice exchange).\n, • Strong Apex, Flow, and Platform Events / API (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Composite) skills for custom orchestration and async processing.\n, • Data model and volume design for high-order-throughput environments; large data volume performance considerations.\n, • Client-facing solution architecture: leading design workshops, producing architecture diagrams, Technical Specifications and presenting to technical and business stakeholders.\n, • Delivery leadership guiding developers / config teams and enforcing technical standards in an agile (SAFe/Scrum) model.\n, • Requirements-to-design traceability; ability to identify and de-risk integration and data gaps early.\n\n Nice to have: \n\n • Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ or Vlocity exposure.\n, • Agentforce / Commerce agent experience tied to order servicing use cases.\n, • Copado or comparable CI/CD deployment experience.\n, • Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, or distribution industry background.\n, • Onshore / offshore blended delivery experience.\n\n \n Life at Sogeti: Sogeti supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
