Why Join Friendly Chevrolet? • Earn Up to $120,000+ Per Year (Base Salary + Commission), • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, • 401(k) with Company Match, • Paid Vacation & Holidays, • Paid Training & Leadership Development, • Internal Promotion & Career Growth Opportunities, • Family-Owned and Operated, • Strong Community Involvement, • Modern, High-Volume Service Department, • Positive, Team-Oriented Culture Focused on Employee Success What You’ll Do, • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Service Drive, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery., • Recruit, train, coach, and develop Service Advisors, greeters, valets, and support staff., • Create a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction., • Monitor workflow throughout the service department to maximize efficiency and minimize delays., • Collaborate closely with the Service Manager, technicians, and parts department to ensure timely, high-quality repairs., • Assist advisors with customer concerns, escalated situations, and complex repair orders., • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores through proactive communication and problem resolution., • Monitor departmental KPIs including repair order sales, labor sales, customer retention, advisor productivity, and profitability., • Coach advisors on maintenance recommendations, service presentation, and customer communication., • Ensure repair orders are accurate, complete, and compliant with manufacturer and dealership standards., • Maintain compliance with OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations., • Continuously identify opportunities to improve department efficiency, profitability, and the overall customer experience. Qualifications, • 2+ years of automotive dealership service experience required., • Previous leadership experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, Service Drive Manager, or similar supervisory role preferred., • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams., • Outstanding customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills., • Strong organizational and time management abilities., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment., • Working knowledge of dealership service operations, warranty procedures, and service management software., • Professional appearance and positive attitude., • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record., • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
