Your role will be to build a clear and structured framework that helps engineers across factories and HUBs develop the right knowledge and skills to work with materials effectively. /p pYou will work closely with engineering teams, factories, and the Global Material Repository (GMR) to translate technical standards into practical competencies and development paths. From skills mapping to training and certification, you will ensure consistency, clarity, and real impact across regions. /p pYou will also use PLM Windchill as a key reference point, making sure that all learning content and competency frameworks are aligned with approved materials data and documentation. All of this will happen within TrafoSchool — our global setup for building engineering capabilities and driving structured development at scale. /p h3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3 ul liMaterials Competency Training Framework: Define competency expectations per material with GMR. Align with standards, engineering, and manufacturing needs. Ensure consistency across HUBs and factories. /li liSkills Competence Mapping: Maintain competency matrices for materials experts. Define skill levels and validation criteria. Assess current vs. required competencies and identify gaps. /li liPLM Windchill Alignment: Use Windchill as the reference for materials data. Align competencies, training, and certifications with approved documentation. Ensure consistent usage across stakeholders. /li liTraining, Certification Provider Architecture: Define development paths and training structure (internal, suppliers, labs, external). Manage providers and establish certification schemes. /li liTraining Certification Coordination: Plan and execute training and certifications in line with TrafoSchool standards. Track completion and readiness. /li liMonitoring Governance: Track KPIs on competencies, training, and certification coverage. We are going through significant growth and looking for new team members who want to contribute to making our vision —making measurable what is not so— a reality. /p h3Your profile /h3 pAs an Information Security Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and continuous improvement of Indivi's Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001, while also supporting the management and ongoing development of our Quality Management System (QMS) under ISO 13485. You will play a key role in executing the ISMS Annual Compliance Plan, maintaining security and compliance documentation within Jira and Confluence, coordinating evidence collection for audits, and supporting the identification, tracking, and remediation of security risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance actions in a fast‑paced TechBio environment. /p pThis is an onsite position that will initially be offered on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) for the first six months. Subject to satisfactory performance and business needs, the role may transition to a full‑time position thereafter. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pISMS Operations Compliance: /p ul liISMS Operations: Lead the execution of regular ISMS tasks in Jira. You will ensure that monthly controls (access reviews, backup verifications, log monitoring, etc.) are executed on time and documented. /li liContinuous Improvement (NC CAPA): Identify process gaps, document Non‑Conformities (NC), and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) until closure. /li liRisk Vulnerability Management: Assist the ISO in updating the Risk Register (scenario‑based Risk Model). Coordinate with technical departments for the remediation of vulnerabilities identified in security scans. /li liAudit Readiness: Act as a key contributor during Internal Audits and External ISO 27001/13485 surveillance audits. /li liDocumentation Governance: Manage policies and SOPs in Confluence, ensuring compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 (electronic signatures). /li liData Privacy Governance: Support the DPO in maintaining the RoPA and coordinating DPIAs/BIAs. /li /ul h3Necessary Competence (education qualification) /h3 ul liExperience: 1-2 years in Information Security, IT Audit, or Quality Assurance roles. /li liEducation: Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field. /li /ul h3Needed skills /h3 ul liIndustry-Specific Skills: ul liSolid understanding of ISO 27001:2022 and GDPR/HIPAA compliance in a TechBio environment. /li liBasic understanding of ISO 13485:2016, ICH‑E6 (GCP), CSV (Computerised System Validation) and SBOM management. /li /ul /li liTechnical Stack: ul liProficiency in Atlassian Suite (Jira, JSM Confluence). /li liFamiliarity with SIEM tools (Wazuh) and Vulnerability Scanners. /li liBasic knowledge of AWS Cloud security and MDM (Mosyle). /li /ul /li liSoft Skills: High attention to detail (documentation rigour), analytical mindset, and ability to work in a regulated environment (GCP). /li liLanguages: ul liSpanish: Native/Bilingual (for local office collaboration). /li liEnglish: Professional working proficiency (B2/C1) for all documentation and international stakeholder communication. /li /ul /li /ul h3What to Expect /h3 h3Your Learning Development Path /h3 pWe do not expect you to master all these responsibilities from day one. This role is designed with a long‑term learning roadmap to help you build a solid foundation in TechBio compliance. You will be continuously mentored by the Information Security Manager, who will provide personalised, 1‑on‑1 training sessions and ongoing guidance to ensure your success and professional growth within our dual ISO 27001 and ISO 13485 environment. /p h3Role Roadmap Key Priorities /h3 ul liFirst 3 Months (Immediate Priority): Your primary focus will be driving the transition and adaptation of our ISMS documentation to align with our Quality Management System (QMS).
