As we continue to evolve and expand our global footprint, we need experts who can help us build a rewarding, competitive, and people‑centered employee experience across diverse markets and regions. /p pJet Aviation invites you to join our Human Resources team as a Total Rewards Partner and play a key role in shaping how we attract, reward, and support our people across EMEA and APAC. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liAct as the Total Rewards Partner: Serve as the trusted subject matter expert for compensation, benefits, wellbeing, EVP, and mobility programs across EMEA and APAC. You will ensure our total rewards offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with both business priorities and employee needs across a diverse regional footprint. /li liDrive Local Relevance Within a Global Framework: Partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to localize total rewards policies and programs in line with country‑specific legislation, statutory requirements, and market practices throughout EMEA and APAC. You will help ensure that our global philosophy is translated effectively into meaningful local solutions. /li liSupport Strategic Compensation and Benefits Decisions: Work hand in hand with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide guidance on salary offers, pay decisions, market pricing, and employee‑related escalations. Through market analysis and benchmarking, you will help maintain fair and competitive reward practices that support talent attraction and retention across the region. /li liEnhance Employee Wellbeing and Value Proposition: Contribute to a healthy, productive, and engaging work environment by supporting programs that promote employees' mental, physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing. You will also support the delivery of EVP content and communications, helping to embed our employee value proposition consistently throughout the employee lifecycle across the two regions. /li liEnsure Operational Excellence and Trusted Partnerships: Oversee regional benefits renewals, maintain relationships with external brokers and partners, and collaborate effectively with payroll, finance, legal, and works councils. You will monitor regulatory developments and market trends across EMEA and APAC, making thoughtful recommendations to strengthen our programs and processes. /li liContribute to Key Reward Cycles and Business Initiatives: Provide regional support during merit, bonus, and equity review cycles, and contribute to MA due diligence and integration activities where required. You will also deliver total rewards communication and training to managers and employees, helping to build understanding, transparency, and confidence in our programs across both regions. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liA Total Rewards Professional: You bring solid experience in total rewards, compensation, and/or benefits, with a strong understanding of market practices, benchmarking, and compliance requirements. You are comfortable supporting multiple countries balancing consistency with local relevance. /li liA Clear Communicator and Trusted Advisor: You can translate complex reward topics into clear, practical guidance for managers, HR partners, and employees. Your written and verbal communication skills allow you to influence, build trust quickly, and handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and tact. /li liAn Analytical and Commercial Thinker: You use data, market intelligence, and sound judgment to support salary offers, pay decisions, benefit reviews, and broader reward recommendations. You are confident conducting salary analysis, benchmarking, and competitiveness reviews, and you bring the business acumen to connect reward decisions to talent and business outcomes. /li liDigitally Fluent and Operationally Strong: You are confident using Microsoft Office tools and experienced working with HRIS platforms such as SAP, Workday, or Oracle.
