Job DescriptionIndustrial Reliability Maintenance Technician III/IV Location: Richmond, VA Schedule: 40 hours per week across four 10-hour shifts; early AM and early PM start options Compensation: $31.87–$37.26 per hour + excellent benefits Your day-to-day You arrive for an early start, review the maintenance dashboard, and map out the day: a round of scheduled preventative checks, two priority troubleshooting calls, and a cross-department huddle to align on throughput goals. Before breaks hit, you’ve executed a lockout/tagout, diagnosed an intermittent VFD fault on a conveyor line, and documented corrective actions. In the afternoon, you mentor a junior tech through a boiler inspection, update the CMMS with parts used, and close out a root-cause analysis on an electrical panel outage. You wrap up by staging tools and parts for tomorrow’s PMs—keeping the plant safe, reliable, and running.
