Main Objective: The Biologics Manager is responsible for driving territory growth and achieving biologics sales objectives by leading biologics initiatives, developing strategic relationships with surgeons and healthcare facilities, providing technical expertise and education, and supporting the sales team to increase adoption of the Arthrex Biologics portfolio while improving patient outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for leading biologics initiatives to meet and exceed territory sales objectives., • Increase biologics sales by building and maintaining strong business relationships with surgeons, healthcare facilities, and key customer accounts., • Serve as the primary biologics resource for the sales team, providing product expertise, clinical support, and strategic guidance., • Communicate with current and prospective customer accounts regarding biologics products, product updates, educational programs, and portfolio enhancements., • Develop and implement biologics sales strategies to increase product adoption and expand market share throughout the territory., • Coordinate and conduct biologics product training and educational programs for sales representatives and healthcare professionals., • Develop a thorough understanding of customer accounts, surgeon preferences, purchasing structures, and business objectives to identify opportunities for growth., • Evaluate strategic opportunities within customer accounts and collaborate with sales leadership to develop solutions that support territory growth., • Build and maintain strong relationships with residency and fellowship programs to increase awareness and utilization of Arthrex Biologics products., • Support surgeons by providing technical knowledge of biologics products, surgical procedures, indications, and best practices., • Cross sell additional Arthrex products and support new biologics product introductions as they become available., • Receive coaching, training, and mentoring from sales leadership while transferring knowledge to managers, sales representatives, and sales associates as needed., • Lead by example through strong sales execution, accountability, and customer service., • Regularly analyze market trends, competitive activity, and territory performance to identify opportunities for continued growth., • Travel throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel, as business needs require., • Maintain a strong sense of urgency, multitasking skills, and the ability to manage responsibilities under strict deadlines., • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Biology, Human Sciences, Business, or a related field., • 3+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopedics, biologics, sports medicine, or regenerative medicine. Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with surgeons, healthcare facilities, and customers within the orthopedic and biologics market., • Strong knowledge of biologics products, including cellular and molecular technologies, bone grafting solutions, soft tissue repair products, infection and wound care products, and cartilage restoration applications., • Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it relates to Arthrex products and biologics., • Ability to learn and communicate a high level of technical information, anatomy, surgical indications, and procedures., • Must be comfortable in open operating room environments., • Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures., • Strong presentation, training, and public speaking skills., • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities., • Strong sense of urgency., • Ability to work well under pressure., • Self assurance and competitive drive., • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take responsibility for them., • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
