Work Experience Requirements: • Record all month-end journal entries for financial accuracy and reporting which include but are not limited to:, • Accounts Receivable Entry, • Accounts Payable Accrual, • Depreciation Entry, • Prepaid Expense Entry, • Pharmacy COGS and Revenue Entry, • Sales Tax Accrual, • Grant Revenue Allocation, • Admin/Warehouse Allocation, • Payroll Accrual/PTO Accrual, • Assist Controller with the annual independent audit process; assigns and supervises preparation of all schedules required for the audit., • Manage annual cost report audit process; assigns and supervises preparation of all documentation/data required for the audit., • Prepares monthly balance sheet accounts for reconciliation., • Must reconcile all bank accounts., • Process and manage payroll., • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks, providing insights to management for decision-making., • Prepare and provide accurate and timely financial statements to review financials with Controller and CFO., • Ensures compliance with GAAP and FQHC specific accounting regulations., • Prepares a variety of periodic and occasional reports and statements to be used by the Chief Financial Officer in planning and forecasting activities., • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks., • Assists Controller and CFO in preparation and monitoring of annual operating budget., • Monitors expenses, compares actual results to budgeted, prepares various detail account analyzes, and prepares certain budget and statistical reports as needed., • Maintains cash status reports., • Assists accounts payable associate with invoice coding., • Review all vendor checks for accuracy prior to submitting payments for signature., • Spearhead annual inventory process with pharmacies., • May be needed to record grant drawdowns and prepare grant schedule as back-up., • Perform other job duties as needed. Education/Experience Requirements: (The minimum qualifications can be with any combination of education and/or experience.) • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree., • At least three years of experience in business and/or finance operations., • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwave. Licensure/Certifications: • CPA or equivalent certification preferred. WHAT WE OFFER?
