Job Description .Live & Work at an Iconic North American Resort – Experience That Opens Global Doors We’re hiring 8 Server Assistant / Runners for the 2026-2027 summer/winter seasons or longer. This is a very high-end fine dining role where you’ll master the standards, timing, and polish expected at the very top of the industry. Compensation & Perks • $27.50 - $32.50 per hr (Wage + Tips) while you learn the property and standards, • 5 Weeks PTO (VACATION PAY) for seasonal vacation, travel, breaks, • Discounted employee housing on-site $220 (payroll deducted -no housing hunt in Jackson), • Travel to the hotel (airfare and ground), • Discounted / Transferable Ski pass for Jackson Hole, • Full global hotel employee benefits and discounts, • Long seasonal and year round job commitment with real growth potential What We’re Looking For • 1+ year of high-volume attendant / server / runner / server assistant experience (front facing upscale casual, high volume restaurants, or fine dining), • Front facing customer service skills, • Strong work ethic, polished presence, well spoken with the ability to read the room, • Professional attitude and genuine hospitality mindset, • Must be able to relocate to Jackson, WY for the summer and winter seasons 2026/2027, • Eligible to work in the United States and fluent in English Responsibilities • Greeting guests and providing water and intro service, • Assist Restaurant Servers with all aspects of service., • Answer questions regarding menu and other offering, including specials, in the immediate absence of a server, • Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, glassware and silverware., • Clearly communicate with servers, other restaurant employees and supervisors/management regarding regular service, special requests, service issues, and any other important information., • Move tables and chairs throughout the restaurant as needed., • The ability to perform this position to Resort standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required., • Deliver food and provide eloquent food descriptions in a synchronized manner., • Utilize the resort's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings., • Anticipate the needs of guest's and co-workers instantaneously, • Stocking items for restaurant and cleaning on an as need basis Preferred Qualifications • The ideal candidate will have a confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request., • Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills., • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays., • Fluent English, • experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant., • Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs., • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States The Lifestyle Live and work at the base of theTetons.
