We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Parts & Warehouse Specialist to become a key member of our growing team. As TowTek continues to expand, this position offers opportunities for advancement into Lead Parts Specialist, Warehouse Supervisor, Parts Manager, or Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Customer Sales & Service • Assist walk-in retail customers with trailer parts and accessories., • Sell parts to retail and wholesale customers over the phone., • Prepare customer quotes and recommend the correct replacement parts., • Upsell related products and accessories when appropriate., • Process customer payments accurately., • Handle customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims professionally., • Build strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and commercial customers. Warehouse Operations • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory., • Organize and maintain clean, accurate warehouse inventory., • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment., • Assemble trailer axle packages, brake assemblies, hub/drum assemblies, suspension kits, and related components., • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Inventory Management -Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits. • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software., • Report damaged, missing, or low-stock inventory., • Label, organize, and improve warehouse storage locations. Shipping & Local Deliveries -Prepare daily shipments and coordinate outgoing orders. • Deliver local customer orders using a company vehicle., • Verify order accuracy before deliveries., • Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain excellent customer service during deliveries. E-Commerce & Online Order Fulfillment -Support online order fulfillment by processing website orders, verifying order accuracy, printing shipping labels, preparing shipments, coordinating with shipping carriers, updating order status, and communicating with customers regarding shipping, tracking, delivery, and any order-related inquiries. Daily Operations • Assist with opening and closing warehouse operations., • Help improve warehouse organization and operational efficiency., • Maintain company equipment and work areas., • Perform other duties as assigned to support the growth of the business. Qualifications -High School Diploma or GED. • Valid Florida Driver License with a clean driving record., • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., • Excellent customer service and communication skills., • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities., • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software., • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred -Experience in trailer, automotive, truck, RV, marine, agricultural, or heavy equipment parts. • Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations., • Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)., • Mechanical aptitude and experience assembling trailer components., • Experience using POS, ERP, CRM, or inventory management software (Zoho experience is a plus).
