From the moment a vehicle arrives at our terminal entrance, our team ensures a smooth, highly personalized welcome, coordinating arrivals, valet handoffs, and luggage assistance to create a calm, seamless transition from curbside to airside. Every detail is carefully orchestrated by our expert team to ensure efficiency, safety, and elevated travel experience and luxury chauffeur transfers across the airfield directly to or from your aircraft. Inside our private terminals, guests enjoy serene suites, chef-prepared dining, spa services, and personalized attention, while our Control Room coordinates discreetly with government, airline, and security partners to ensure unmatched efficiency, safety, and peace of mind. Position: VIP HOST PS is seeking a VIP HOST to support our mission of redefining the way the world travels. In this role, you will help deliver a smooth, welcoming, organized departure and arrival airport experience through operational excellence, strong service instincts, and attention to detail. Reports to: Operation Manager Location: PS MIA (Onsite) Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (may include weekends/holidays/non-traditional shifts) This role is 100% onsite at PS MIA; PS operates 24/7, so flexibility is required. Responsibilities & Expectations • Monitor and manage the Host booth during your scheduled shift., • Greet guests immediately upon vehicle arrival at the terminal entrance and vehicle drop off area., • Courteously open vehicle and terminal doors to assist guest for departures and arrivals, • Ensure a smooth, welcoming arrival experience for all members and guests., • Provide consistent and safe luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests., • Lift and maneuver luggage up to 100 lbs using proper body mechanics or team lifting when required., • Coordinate closely with third-party valet partners to ensure smooth vehicle handoff and timely service, • Communicate proactively with valet teams regarding guest arrivals, departures, anticipate volume, and special service needs., • Assist with managing traffic flow at the terminal entrance to maintain a safe and organized drop-off and pick-up environment., • Direct non-member personnel (TSA, CBP, Valet, vendors, etc.) upon arrival at PS in coordination with the Control Room., • Ability to focus attention on member needs, always remaining calm and courteous., • Face-to-face client communications while maintaining a "customer service first" mentality., • Cultivate positive relationships with members and guests., • Protect confidential and sensitive information., • Prepare reports for the department as needed., • Adapt to the evolving needs of our high-profile environment, performing additional duties as required to ensure unparalleled guest experience. Requirements • 1-2 years of luxury hospitality, aviation, concierge or high-end guest-facing experience preferred., • Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and move for extended periods during a full shift., • Ability to work in outdoor environments, including heat, rain, humidity, and other weather conditions common to Miami., • Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 100lbs safely, • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors, • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, • Minimum High school Diploma or GED required, • Florida Driver's License in good standing (active for at least 1 year), • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check, • Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required, • Must be authorized to work in the United States, • PS is a 24/7 facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts.
