We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded leader who thrives on autonomy and wants the unique opportunity to build and optimize our warehouse processes from the ground up. \n Job Summary \n The Bilingual Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, inventory control systems, and production support activities. This role leads warehouse teams, manages inventory accuracy and logistics operations, and drives continuous improvement in warehouse systems and processes. \n The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing production crews, implementing warehouse management systems (WMS), and optimizing operational workflows to support manufacturing and distribution objectives. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. \n Key Responsibilities \n Warehouse Operations & Team Leadership \n\n • Daily Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, assemblies, and distribution.\n, • Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff and production crews (hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management).\n, • Process Design: Develop and implement warehouse operational systems, determining product handling, storage requirements, equipment utilization, and workflow layouts.\n, • Workflow Coordination: Maximize productivity to meet customer service standards and support strict production schedules.\n, • Logistics: Coordinate logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, ensuring highly efficient delivery operations.\n\n Inventory Control & System Management \n\n • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure the highest degree of precision, accountability, and accuracy across all product lines.\n, • Auditing: Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, physical inventories, and full inventory reconciliations.\n, • Discrepancy Resolution: Lead root cause analysis to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies and systemic issues.\n, • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the WMS and generate reports on inventory levels, variances, trends, and KPIs for senior leadership.\n\n Systems Design & Implementation \n\n • WMS Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.\n, • Integration: Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate warehouse systems with ERP platforms and production systems.\n, • SOP Development: Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and best practices for all warehouse and inventory operations.\n\n Production Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration \n\n • Material Availability: Work closely with production teams to ensure materials are available, support manufacturing schedules, and minimize downtime.\n, • Quality Assurance: Partner with QA to maintain product integrity and ensure strict compliance with quality standards.\n\n Safety & Compliance \n\n • OSHA Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with company standards and OSHA regulations.\n, • Maintenance: Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly and coordinate preventive and general maintenance.\n\n Position Requirements & Qualifications \n\n • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required to effectively lead teams and communicate across departments.\n, • Proven experience as a Warehouse/Inventory Manager, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.\n, • Demonstrated experience implementing or heavily optimizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.\n, • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing diverse production crews.\n, • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.\n\n Schedule & Perks \n\n • Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Standard, predictable hours).\n, • The Ultimate Perk: Total ownership.
