Key Responsibilities: • Provide and lead tennis instruction related to the techniques and strategies to members, non-members and guests to enhance broad-based member participation., • Ensure that all facility members, non-members and guests receive courteous, prompt and professional attention to all their tennis needs., • Attend all staff training and management meetings as required., • Maintain an accurate record of all lessons and clinics given., • Promote all programs, tournaments and events., • Work to retain and grow facility memberships., • Ascertain that all areas of the tennis facility are neat and clean at all times., • Assist with Tournaments as needed., • Enforce facility rules and regulations governing the use of the facility, its equipment and other property., • Knowledge of equipment available at the pro shop., • Respond to Associate Director of Tennis - Facilities/ Head Tennis pro in a timely fashion., • Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: • RSPA or PTR certified professional preferred., • Proven and progressive experience in leading and teaching tennis., • Proven experience working with juniors and adults of all abilities in a tennis facility setting., • Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships with staff, members, non-members and guests., • Work independently and collaboratively to accomplish responsibilities, goals and projects., • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, partners, vendors., • Excellent written and oral communication skills., • CPR and AED certified preferred., • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
