We are looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator to help own and optimize the marketing technology stack that powers our website, ecommerce, CRM, integrations, and internal workflows. \n This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the connective tissue between marketing, web development, operations, and systems. Role Overview\n The HubSpot Administrator will report directly to the Vice President, Information Technology and serve as a core operator within the marketing organization. \n This is a hands-on, highly technical role requiring strong problem-solving skills, comfort working across platforms, and the ability to translate business needs into clean technical execution. \n This role is based in South Florida and requires 5 days per week in our Fort Lauderdale (Las Olas) office. \n Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Governance & Platform Architecture\n\n • Act as the primary architect of the HubSpot environment, translating business requirements into functional workflows and intuitive interfaces.\n, • Own and manage MTN’s marketing technology stack, including:\n, • Manage CRM governance including user roles, permissions, security settings, and access controls.\n, • Maintain system health, data integrity, permissions, and access controls across platforms.\n, • Develop and document system policies, standards, and best practices to ensure 100% confidence in data and attribution metrics.\n\n Data Integrity & Hygiene\n\n • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within HubSpot by implementing rigorous best practices for data hygiene, deduplication, and ongoing cleanup projects.\n, • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and external web developers.\n, • Coordinate development timelines, QA testing, and deployment.\n, • Ensure site updates align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and pricing changes.\n\n Automation, Scoring & Routing\n\n • Design and optimize complex automated workflows, sales sequences, and lead nurturing programs to enhance operational efficiency.\n, • Own and manage the Shopify store embedded within the MTN website.\n, • Maintain product SKUs, pricing, subscriptions, and product data.\n, • Architect advanced lead scoring and routing logic to ensure leads are effectively captured and matched with the correct representatives.\n, • Support pricing updates, subscription changes, and new product rollouts with accuracy and speed.\n\n Reporting, Analytics & Training\n\n • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and detailed reports to provide actionable insights into marketing performance and pipeline health.\n, • Conduct training sessions for end-users on platform functionalities and best practices to drive system adoption and effectiveness.\n, • User access and permissions\n, • Light CRM configuration support\n, • Troubleshooting sync issues and workflows\n, • Diagnose and resolve integration issues between HubSpot, Shopify, NetSuite, and Workato.\n, • Partner with internal teams to ensure clean data flow across systems.\n\n Cross-Functional Support & Enablement\n\n • Act as a trusted internal resource for marketing, sales, and operations teams needing help with tools or integrations.\n, • Document processes and best practices for systems usage.\n, • Support ongoing optimization of workflows and system efficiency.\n\n \n Specifically, the HubSpot Administrator does own: \n\n • Overall marketing strategy or go-to-market planning\n, • Demand generation strategy or execution, including:\n, • Paid media campaigns\n, • Outbound campaigns\n, • Sales-led initiatives\n, • Campaign planning, optimization, or performance ownership\n, • Marketing dashboards, analytics ownership, or revenue reporting\n, • Pipeline forecasting or attribution modeling\n, • Day-to-day campaign execution within paid, outbound, or lifecycle programs\n, • This role’s mandate is to enable and support these functions through reliable systems, integrations, and infrastructure, not to define or run them.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n, • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n, • 3–6 years of experience in a marketing operations, technical marketing, or marketing systems role.\n, • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot is required; HubSpot Certified Administrator or similar professional HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred.\n, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.\n, • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into clear business context.\n, • Experience in B2B, SaaS, connectivity, or technical industries is a strong plus.\n\n Why Join Us?\n\n • Direct exposure to leadership and ownership of critical marketing infrastructure.\n, • Opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and revenue operations.\n, • Hands-on role in a fast-growing, highly technical industry.\n, • Competitive salary and benefits package.\n, • Collaborative, in-office team environment in downtown Fort Lauderdale.\n\n \n MTN is an equal opportunity employer.
