Job DescriptionJob Title: 2nd Shift Production AssociateJob Description As a 2nd Shift Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team working in various departments such as Assembly, Brazing, Crating, Expanding, Hairpin, Header Fabrication, Testing, Press, and more. Your role is crucial to the overall success of the business, and certain tasks may require additional certifications, training, or prior experience. All positions have physical requirements and contribute significantly to the production process. Responsibilities • Perform assigned job tasks meeting or exceeding company expectations., • Show evidence of improvement if further training is needed., • Read and understand drawings, blueprints, and other task-related documents., • Adhere to all safety policies and rules, raising concerns to the lead or supervisor., • Maintain professional conduct and respect while working individually or in small groups., • Meet and maintain expectations set by the quality team., • Arrive prepared for your scheduled shift, wearing appropriate safety items and carrying your access badge.Essential Skills, • Experience working with and around a high-paced production team., • Ability to communicate with leadership regarding GMP., • Continuous safety mindset., • Machine operation and hand tool experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • 1+ years of prior experience operating manufacturing machinery (e.g., Press, Expander, CNC)., • 1+ years of prior experience brazing (e.g., Copper to Copper brazing)., • 1-3 years of prior experience working in a manufacturing environment., • Proficiency with computers and programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word., • Experience working in a mid-sized company where gap-filling is routine.Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a well-lit, air-conditioned manufacturing facility equipped with a variety of production equipment, including welders, press brakes, benders, expanders, and overhead cranes. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times on the production floor. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.
