Job DescriptionJob Summary: • The Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst Senior is responsible for the operation, administration, support, and optimization of clinical information systems. This role collaborates with clinical and technical teams to improve workflows, enhance clinical applications, and support both acute and non-acute care systems across a large, multi-regional healthcare organization., • The position provides medium- to high-complexity application support, manages incidents, changes, and problems using ITIL processes, and requires extensive healthcare systems knowledge. The analyst works independently with minimal supervision and is an exempt position. Key Responsibilities:Clinical Informatics & Collaboration • Collaborate with Clinical Informatics teams across the enterprise to achieve strategic departmental and organizational goals., • Promote standardized best-practice workflows and clinical content across ministries to improve efficiency and patient safety., • Partner with technical teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related application issues., • Build strong relationships with leadership and departments including:, • Information Services, • Quality, • Case Management, • Revenue Cycle, • Finance Clinical Application Support • Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain clinical applications., • Provide ongoing support for upgrades, enhancements, and new software releases., • Prioritize, coordinate, and implement application updates and requested changes., • Troubleshoot application issues and escalate complex problems when necessary., • Support end users during system downtime and workflow changes., • Ensure compliance issues are identified, documented, and escalated appropriately. Workflow Analysis & System Improvement • Analyze clinical workflows and business processes., • Evaluate data collection methods and reporting requirements., • Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering., • Recommend cross-application improvements., • Design and configure solutions that meet complex clinical and operational requirements. Testing & Quality Assurance • Lead quality assurance and integrated testing initiatives., • Develop testing plans and manage testing projects., • Guide teams through complex testing processes., • Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives. Project Leadership • Independently manage medium to large-scale implementation projects., • Plan project activities proactively., • Coordinate team members and stakeholders., • Prepare organized project status reports., • Lead multidisciplinary initiatives., • Contribute to strategic planning by evaluating options and recommending solutions. Job Description Position Description: Division Order Analyst Salary, Full Time Department: Land Department Location: Tyler, TX, US Salary: Based upon level of experience The Division Order Analyst will be based at Mewbourne Oil Company’s corporate office in Tyler, Texas and will play a critical role in managing ownership records and ensuring accurate distribution of revenue and joint interest billing (JIB). This position is responsible for creating and maintaining ownership decks, processing ownership transfers and resolving inquiries and discrepancies related to royalty and working interest ownership. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze division order title opinions, oil and gas leases, and related documents toestablishand maintainaccuraterevenue and JIB decks., • Process ownership transfers andassistwith leasehold acreage reviews, workover proposals, DOI revisions post-payout, and shut-in reviews., • Independently interpret complex title documents – including deeds, probate records, trust agreements, and other legalinstruments– to ensureaccurateownership records., • Investigate and resolve complex ownership and payment issues, ensuringtimelyandaccurateresponses to interest owner inquiries., • Collaborate with Landmen, Attorneys, andthird partiesto obtain curative documentation and resolve title defects., • Set up Division of Interest (DOI) decks using Quorum software and prepare and distribute corresponding Division Orders., • Coordinate with Revenue and JIB Accountingteamsto implement ownership changes based on completed document analysis., • Manage the setup of new Business Associates and ensure proper documentation and system integration., • Accurately calculate and verify ownership interests across various scenarios., • Assistin the review and processing of escheatable funds in compliance with applicable regulations., • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred., • 3 to 7 years of experience as a Division Order Analyst or in a related oil and gas industry role., • Strong understanding of real property and probate law in New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma preferred., • Proficiencyin Quorum or similar oil and gas software systems., • Skilledin Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word., • Excellent multitasking abilities and adaptability to shifting priorities., • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, follow instructions, andmaintainattention to detail.
