Job Description Duration: 6 Months (Temp to hire) 20.25–$22.00/hr Available Shifts • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM, • 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM Daily Responsibilities • Set up and operate NEB, OMA, and TMW braiding equipment according to manufacturing specifications., • Load and unload carriers, bobbins, springs, braid rings, and tooling., • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor production issues., • Measure hose OD, pitch, and other dimensions using measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met., • Record production data and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation., • Move finished braided hose to the inspection area and report quality concerns promptly., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices. 1. Assembler (Floater) Pay: $19.75–$20.75/hr Available Shifts • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM, • 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM Daily Responsibilities • Assemble hose products using work instructions, blueprints, and setup sheets., • Gather required materials and components for production orders., • Verify dimensions, crimp specifications, and product quality throughout the assembly process., • Perform hose pressure testing and inspect finished products before shipment., • Label finished products and complete production paperwork accurately., • Assist with inventory control and maintain organized workstations., • Follow safety procedures and work closely with team members to meet daily production goals. 1. Winder Operator Pay: • 1st Shift: $17.75/hr, • 3rd Shift: $19.75/hr Available Shifts • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, • 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM Daily Responsibilities • Set up and operate wire winding machines following production specifications., • Thread wire through winding equipment and adjust machine settings as needed., • Wind wire onto bobbins while maintaining proper footage and product quality., • Monitor equipment to ensure continuous production and minimize downtime., • Record production information and prepare finished bobbins for the next manufacturing process., • Pull materials from inventory and replenish supplies as needed., • Maintain equipment, organize work areas, and follow all quality and safety procedures. Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED., • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required., • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation., • Basic computer and math skills., • Ability to read work instructions and use measuring tools., • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork., • Must be able to work Monday–Friday with mandatory overtime.Company DescriptionAbout 22nd Century Technologies, Inc.
