We are currently seeking a Transportation Specialist - OS & D to support our transportation operations team. Reporting Location: Remote Rate: $24.62 / hour Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 am - 4 pm Benefits of working for Primo Brands: • Health Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), • Retirement/Investing: 401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), • Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, • Other great benefits: Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FEDlogic, commuter benefits Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • OS & D (Overage, Shortage, and Damages), • Providing disposition for OS&D exceptions via email, phone, and MS teams, • Maintaining a tracker of OS&D shipments, • Filing and tracking carrier OS&D freight claims- working with outside vendors to obtain documents, pictures, and product costs, • Maintaining a list of destruction locations and procedures, • Maintaining, improving, and executing OS&D SOP, • Arranging reconsignment, returns, or replacement shipments as needed, • Requesting destruction POs and coordinating destruction with vendor and 3pl carrier, • Analyzing trends in OS&D and collaborating with Transportation, 3pl carriers, Warehouse, and customer service team members to reduce OS&D occurrences, • Partnering with Accounts receivable to reduce overage and shortage fines from customers, • Executing return shipments in TMS and SAP - carrier assignment, rating, exception management Key qualifications include: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, • Prefer 1-2 years of work experience in logistics/transportation operations, • Excellent Customer Service Skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, • Ability to organize and manage a high volume Microsoft Outlook email box, • SAP and TMS experience preferred, • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, planning, and organizing skills, • Ability to communicate with internal and external team members, • Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service Primo Brands' established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring and Pure Life, premium brands like Saratoga and Mountain Valley, regional leaders such as Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain Ozarka, and Zephyrhills, purified brands, Primo Water and Sparkletts, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash and AC+ION.
