ppHP Solutions (HPS) is seeking an bExecutive Customer Partner Engagement Manager /b to support the HPS President by driving strategic customer, partner, alliance, and executive engagement programs. This role is responsible for planning and executing executive interactions that strengthen relationships, accelerate business outcomes, and deliver a world‑class engagement experience for customers, partners, and key stakeholders. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a comprehensive customer, partner, and alliance engagement strategy for the HPS President. /li liPartner with the HPS President and leadership team to translate business priorities into executive engagement objectives aligned to growth, transformation, and strategic initiatives. /li liCreate and manage an executive engagement framework that prioritizes customer, partner, alliance, and industry engagements based on strategic business impact. /li liLead the planning and coordination of executive customer and partner interactions to strengthen strategic relationships, drive business outcomes, and expand market influence. /li liBuild and manage annual and quarterly executive engagement plans, identifying high‑impact opportunities and ensuring alignment with business objectives. /li liSynthesize insights from executive engagements, market trends, customer feedback, and partner interactions into actionable recommendations for the HPS President and leadership team. /li liImplement measurement frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards to quantify engagement effectiveness, relationship strength, customer satisfaction, and business impact. /li liManage Executive Sponsorship Programs to strengthen relationships between HP executives and strategic customers, partners, and alliance leaders. /li liPartner with Sales, Account Teams, Category, Marketing, Communications, Business Unit leaders, and L2s to identify, prioritize, and execute executive engagement opportunities that support business goals. /li liCoordinate executive briefings, customer visits, Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), partner reviews, advisory boards, leadership forums, industry events, and executive roundtables. /li liEnsure executives are equipped with briefing materials, stakeholder maps, account insights, meeting objectives, and key messaging to maximize engagement effectiveness. /li liServe as a trusted advisor to executives on stakeholder relationships, engagement strategy, meeting objectives, and executive communications. /li liEstablish governance, best practices, tools, and processes that scale executive engagement programs across HP Solutions. /li liCapture, track, and drive accountability for executive engagement commitments, action items, risks, and opportunities, ensuring timely follow‑through. /li liFacilitate post‑engagement reviews with executives and account teams to identify insights, assess outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. /li liSupport executive participation in customer, partner, and industry events, ensuring a seamless executive experience. /li liDevelop communication and engagement plans that strengthen executive relationships with key customers and partners. /li liIdentify opportunities to elevate customer success stories, strategic partnerships, and executive engagement outcomes internally and externally. /li liAnticipate customer, partner, and market trends, proactively recommending engagement opportunities that advance strategic business priorities. /li liBuild strong working relationships with customer and partner leaders, account teams, and key stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution. /li /ul h3Knowledge and Skills /h3 ul liStrong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders, customers, partners, and key stakeholders. /li liExceptional stakeholder management, relationship‑building, and communication skills, including development of executive briefings, presentations, and strategic messaging. /li liStrong business acumen with an understanding of enterprise sales motions, account planning, customer success, and partner ecosystems. /li liProven program and project management expertise, with the ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives from strategy through execution. /li liAbility to translate business priorities into executive engagement strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and strengthen strategic relationships. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including experience leveraging dashboards, metrics, and business insights to inform decisions and measure engagement effectiveness. /li liDemonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across global and virtual teams without direct authority. /li liExperience managing executive sponsorship programs, customer visits, advisory boards, executive sponsorships, partner engagements, and executive events. /li liHigh degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment, with the ability to manage highly confidential customer, partner, and executive information. /li liAbility to thrive in fast‑paced, highly visible environments while managing multiple priorities and delivering flawless execution. /li liExperience managing budgets, vendors, agencies, and external partners. /li liKnowledge of the HP Solutions portfolio, customers, channels, services, and partner ecosystem is highly preferred. /li /ul h3Education and Experience Required /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in executive engagement, customer experience, partner management, program management, sales operations, customer success, or strategic planning. /li liExperience supporting senior executives and leadership teams in a global organization. /li liDemonstrated success managing complex cross‑functional initiatives and executive‑level stakeholder relationships. /li liExperience working closely with enterprise customers,
