Job Description Warehouse Coordinator Position Overview The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution, accuracy, and ownership of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations for a fast-paced technology company. This hands-on role serves as the critical link between the warehouse, field technicians, and operations team, ensuring equipment and materials are accurately tracked, prepared, and delivered to support customer installations and internal projects. In addition to warehouse responsibilities, this position provides operational support by coordinating field resources, assisting with scheduling, creating and managing service tickets, coordinating domestic and international shipments, and assisting with administrative and facility-related activities. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate has proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and asset tracking, along with strong organizational and computer skills. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control & Asset Management • Maintain complete ownership of inventory accuracy across the warehouse., • Receive, inspect, label, track, and organize incoming equipment and materials., • Perform cycle counts and physical inventories while researching and resolving discrepancies., • Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking within company systems., • Ensure equipment is properly staged, documented, and ready for customer deployments., • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs. Shipping & Receiving • Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently., • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight companies, and other logistics providers., • Prepare shipping documentation, labels, customs paperwork, and related records., • Track shipments and proactively resolve shipping issues or delays., • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists. Warehouse Operations • Maintain an organized, clean, and secure warehouse environment., • Stage equipment for customer projects, field technicians, and service events., • Ensure equipment is properly packaged and protected during transport., • Assist with warehouse organization and continuous process improvements. Field & Installation Support • Serve as the connection point between warehouse operations and field technicians., • Prepare and issue equipment required for customer installations., • Travel to customer locations as needed to assist with technology equipment deployments., • Participate in evening, overnight, weekend, and third-shift installation projects when required., • Coordinate equipment returns and reconcile inventory following field activities. Operations & Administrative Support • Assist with scheduling field resources and coordinating service events., • Create, update, and manage service tickets within ConnectWise., • Support project logistics and equipment coordination., • Assist the Director of Operations with administrative tasks and facility-related projects as assigned. Process & Accountability • Develop and maintain efficient warehouse processes and inventory controls., • Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner., • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and inventory accuracy., • Maintain documentation and records supporting warehouse operations. Qualifications Required • 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or asset management., • Experience managing inventory in a technology or equipment-based environment., • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems (ConnectWise or similar ERP experience a plus)., • Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments., • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail., • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities., • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, overnight, and third-shift schedules as business needs require., • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds. Preferred • Experience with ConnectWise, UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL, or similar shipping platforms., • Experience supporting IT equipment deployments, staging, or field service organizations.
