Job DescriptionProject Geologist (PG Licensed) – Environmental Consulting Direct Hire | Full-Time | $115,000–$150,000+ DOE Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Santa Ana, CA We are a growing environmental consulting firm providing a full range of environmental engineering, planning, compliance, remediation, and construction services throughout California. We are seeking a motivated and experienced California Licensed Professional Geologist (PG) who enjoys both field and office work and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. What We Offer • Competitive salary: $115K–$150K+ DOE, • Comprehensive benefits package including:, • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • Profit Sharing Plan, • Paid vacation starting in your first year, • Career growth and advancement opportunities, • Stable full-time employment with long-term career potential, • Supportive, open-door culture with mentorship from senior staffKey Responsibilities, • Prepare and review technical reports, regulatory documents, and field documentation with a strong emphasis on high-quality technical writing, • Conduct and oversee:, • Site investigations, • Subsurface exploration, • Groundwater monitoring, • Environmental site assessments, • Interpret environmental data and develop practical remediation solutions, • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies professionally and effectively, • Support project management activities including budgeting, scheduling, and scope development, • Mentor and collaborate with junior staff in both field and office settingsQualifications, • Active California Professional Geologist (PG) license – REQUIRED, • Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) • 4–8 years of environmental consulting experience, • Strong technical writing and documentation skills, • Experience with groundwater monitoring, remediation systems, and environmental investigations, • Familiarity with California environmental regulations and agency processes, • Current OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification with annual refresher, • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, • Ability to pass pre-employment and annual drug/alcohol screeningWhy Join Us?
