We're looking for SOLVERS—people who approach challenges with curiosity and enjoy solving complex problems, much like tackling puzzles. In this role, you'll be the person who keeps the office running smoothly, anticipates what the team needs before they ask, and helps maintain the professional image we bring to clients and candidates every day. \n \n Key Roles \n\n • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple Project Managers, company leaders, and Richardson office personnel, including designated remote employees\n, • Compile, review, edit, and format project deliverables, including reports, memos, letters, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations.\n, • Own primary production of final deliverables (e.g., proposals, reports), with a keen eye for quality and consistency.\n, • Support business development efforts, including company responses to competitive Requests for Proposals / Requests for Qualifications.\n, • Prepare Professional Service Agreements, Subconsultant Agreements, contract addendums, and other project documentation under the direction of Project Managers and/or the Corporate Services Manager.\n, • Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics for project team members.\n, • Manage general office operations, including phones, supplies, filing, document preparation, and office organization.\n, • Support local office recruiting efforts, employee engagement, and office celebrations and social functions.\n, • Maintain company image and brand consistency through templates, presentation materials, graphics, and supporting tools.\n, • Assist with expense reporting.\n\n Required Qualifications \n\n • Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in the Administrative Services field.\n, • High school diploma or GED required.\n, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and processes and handle competing priorities while adhering to tight deadlines.\n, • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies during quality checks (proofreading, formatting, etc.).\n, • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).\n, • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.\n, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of personality types at all levels of the organization.\n\n Preferred Qualifications \n\n • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.\n, • Experience supporting business development or proposal efforts in a professional services environment.\n, • Familiarity with preparing contracts or agreements (e.g., service agreements, subconsultant agreements).\n\n Qualities: At NewGen, we're looking for SOLVERS: people who approach challenges with curiosity and thrive on solving complex problems. The range provided is NewGen's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
