Job Description Warner Pacific Senior/Lead Online Enrollment Specialist- Remote The Senior/Lead Online Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in helping lead the team’s success, in addition to setting up and renewing groups on all key benefit platforms such as PRO Apply, Ease, and Employee Navigator. Under minimal supervision, works in collaboration with our broker partners and internal departments to facilitate a seamless enrollment process for clients utilizing these online platforms. This role requires demonstrated leadership, an increased knowledge of employee benefits, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service. Overview of Responsibilities Broker Support: • Senior/Lead Online Enrollment Specialistwill have the ability to perform all job functions and help lead the team, providing build assistance, mentorship, and training support., • Build outemployee benefit plans and rules for new and renewing groups on the PRO Apply, Ease,andEmployee Navigator benefit platforms., • Assistwith setups of all varying degrees of complexity, including standard lines of coverage such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life/AD&D, as well as Worksite, Voluntary, and Specialty product lines., • Respond in a clear and professional manner via telephone and written correspondenceregardingbuild requests andbenefitplatform related inquiries., • Analyze potential build or system problems and provide helpful information and/or solutions toassistwith resolution. May require research., • Maintain abrokerfirst approach, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership. Collaboration and Team Support: • Operate internal and external systems/platforms to obtain and extract information and documents for enrollments, reporting, and tracking., • Thoroughly document all builds, inquires, and service-related activities in Salesforce foraccuratetracking and analysis., • Participate in training, cross functional projects, and initiatives aimed at improving team performance and service delivery., • Proactivelyidentifypotential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks and enhance overall service quality., • Assistcoworkers and various internal departments as needed with inquiries andgeneral supportrequests related to the Online Enrollment Support department., • Mentor staffmembers;provide feedback and recommendations as neededtomanagement., • Initiate, evaluate, and balance/reallocate online enrollment setup assignments as necessary to help staff members achieve department and individual performance objectives., • Continually evaluatesworkenvironment toidentifyand make recommendations about areas where procedures and processes can be improved.Assistsin formulating and implementingthe newprocesses, procedures, and policies., • Identifystaff development needs and provide/coordinatenecessary training, auditing,feedbackand skill development for members of the department., • Identify topics andassistswith preparing materials for training and other presentations at departmental staff meetings., • Provide back-up orassistancein other areas within the Department/Company as requested., • Perform related responsibilities andadditionaltasks as needed to support team and business operations. The Company reserves the right to modify this summary and any aspect of the position, responsibilities, qualifications or skills at any time in its sole discretion. ) Qualifications & Skills • High school diploma or equivalent., • Minimumof5years of experience in employee benefits products such as group health, dental, vision, life, and worksiteispreferred., • Proficiencyin using Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and a combination of PRO Apply, Ease and/or EE Navigator platforms., • Excellentverbal and written communication skills., • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focuson attention todetail., • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills., • Adept atmanaginghigh workloads and prioritizingeffectively in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions • Remote work ispermitted, with occasional in-office attendancerequiredfor meetings, training, and team collaborations., • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with overtime during peak periods, holidays, and weekends as requested. Compensation • Hourly Range: $24.88 - $33.17 per hour., • The actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, skill level, and/or geographic location., • The hourly or salary range is the range Warner Pacific in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
