Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description Approximately 50% of the role will involve operating a reach truck, while the remaining time will be spent supporting warehouse operations including material handling, shipping & receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and general warehouse support. We seek sharp, safety-minded individuals who can adapt to changing priorities, take initiative, and contribute to a team-focused environment. Responsibilities • Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse., • Load, unload, stage, and transport products as needed., • Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying inbound and outbound shipments., • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment., • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems., • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts., • Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse., • Support various warehouse functions as business needs change., • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Essential Skills, • Previous reach truck experience required., • Recent warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety., • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently., • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic., • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience with shipping & receiving preferred., • RF scanner experience preferred.Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a climate-controlled warehouse located at the Alliance Airport. Employees are expected to maintain a high standard of safety and organization while working both independently and as part of a team. The role involves working with various warehouse technologies and requires adaptability to changing workloads and priorities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
