What You’ll Do • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings, • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism, • Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients, • Collect and record data to track client progress, • Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress, • Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members, • Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development, • Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards What We’re Looking For • At least 18 years old, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Reliable attendance and punctuality, • Reliable transportation, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently, • Passion for helping children and families, • Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join BlueSprig?
