Job Description Summary of Position: This role involves overseeing financial tasks, covering various accounting, and settlement issues for multiple factories. Accounting responsibilities encompass monthly book closing, account management, reviewing transactions, and responding to audits. Will ensure that company accounting procedures conform to U.S. GAAP and will work closely with Korean Parent Company in reporting Corporate: • Adheres to the HTGSS policies and procedures, • Learns, demonstrates and upholds HTGSS Core Values, • Complies with all HTGSS Certification standards; Management System (TS16949), Environmental ISO 14001-2015 and Health and Safety ISO 45001-2018 policies and procedures, • Treats all HTGSS team members with respect and professional courtesy, • Always strives to maintain a positive work environment, • Manages the department budget efficiently as per approved annual budget, • Performs additional assignments / duties as assigned EHS: • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, • Complies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment, • Meets company safety goals Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee Accounting and Finance operations, • Must be able to handle all company tax related issues, • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations, • Cost accounting analysis, • Conduct monthly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, • Assist with audit processes and respond to auditor inquiries, • Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments, • Manages the preparation of the official annual report on actual revenues and expenses, • Manages the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts, • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements, • Develops internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting, • Performs day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations Reporting: • Reports to Finance Manager Benefits: • 401(k), • Healthy Insurance, • Life Insurance, • Supplemental Insurance, • Dental Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Paid time off Competency Requirements: • Confidentiality: Adheres to the upmost confidentiality; particularly in regard to handling employment/personal information. Job Posting TitleQuality Assistant ManagerJob Description Title: Assistant Quality Manager Reports to: Quality Manager Department: Quality Supervises: Quality Engineers, Quality Inspectors, Quality Liaisons Reviews manufacturing instructions or procedures for completeness, correctness, and comprehension by production/assembly workers. Audits processes performed by workers relative to methods, tools, ability to follow manufacturing instructions. May determine frequency and allowable variations from specifications at various stages of the manufacturing process. Investigates and recommends alternatives to products designs or manufacturing methods to ensure quality. May generate inspection plans, reporting formats, or performance indicators for specific process areas. Duties to include but not limited to: • Able to create and manage a U.S. PPAP process/package, • Develop and implement quality control plan/systems from scratch, • Responsible for the inspections according to the quality management system / control plans, • Take corrective action if the customer’s agreed quality aims can’t be met, • Responsible for the execution of the product audit, internal system audits, and the process audits, • Responsible for the inspections according to the quality management system / control plans /agreements with customers, • Decisions regarding the inspection status according to the quality management system, • Responsible for data administration and archiving of quality documents, samples and measurement instruments, • Responsible for reporting Quality data for the Quality department (Excel charts/PowerPoint), • Determination of preventive measurements to assure quality with production, managements and project teams, • Responsible for assisting with IATF-16949 audits, • Work on cross-functional team through a PFMEA review and create/finalize the PFMEA, • Perform/initiate capability studies and be able to interpret the results, • Able to fill-out PSW/AAR forms, • Interface with CMM operators on how to measure the components and assemblies and fill out the proper dimensional PPAP forms, • Understand the customer requirements for testing and ability to interpret and fill out the proper PPAP forms, • Initiate GR&R/MSA studies and able to interpret the results, • Understand plastic processes and able to create work instructions and possibly process flow diagrams, • Able to interface with customers’ Quality Engineers with questions/issues and get resolution, • Able to read customer drawings and interpret them, • Understand GD&T and be able to interpret CMM reports, • Understand part functions and the ability to create GD&T schemes based on those understandings and interface those ideas with the customer, • Understanding of gages and use the created GD&T schemes to build them, • Interface with the customer to get gage concepts and designs approved, • Interface with gage builders to create gages and follow up on them through build and completion, • Ability to review parts and make determinations if they are acceptable by meeting the quality standards created, • Visit customers for color and harmony meetings, • Able to read colorimeter results, • Analyzing quality control to detect production problems, • Maintain current knowledge of the quality control field, relying on current literature pertaining to materials use, technological advances, and statistical studies Technical Skills: • Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, • Broad knowledge of quality systems including IATF-16949, ISO and QMS; Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, TPS, • Complete understanding of the MS Office Suite including MS Project, • Good problem solving skills Work Experience: • Must have at least 5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment at a level of Quality Engineer or higher, • Past working experience with seating is a plus This Position Description is intended as a summary of the job responsibilities for this particular position.
