My client is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support the delivery of high-quality food across a busy restaurant, conference centre and events operation. The primary focus of the role is supporting a popular lunchtime food offering, with the opportunity to occasionally get involved in exciting event catering projects and functions outside of standard operating hours. Working alongside the Head Chef and Commis Chef, the Demi Chef de Partie will play a key role in day-to-day kitchen operations, menu development, food preparation, presentation standards and staff development.
