ppbDescripción /b /p pEn Ecoembes, la organización sin ánimo de lucro que cuida del medioambiente a través del reciclaje de los envases domésticos en España, buscamos expertos docentes en gestión y tratamiento de residuos para nuestro proyecto ‘Reciclar para cambiar vidas’. /p p‘Reciclar para cambiar vidas’ es un proyecto de inclusión socio‑laboral de colectivos en riesgo de exclusión social. Una de las vías de desarrollo de este proyecto es en ámbito penitenciario, impartiendo formaciones sobre gestión y tratamiento de residuos. /p pLa formación cuenta con 15 alumnos y una duración de 176 horas (unos dos meses aproximadamente), desarrollándose en el horario que el centro penitenciario en cuestión acuerde previamente con Ecoembes (normalmente 4 horas al día). /p pBuscamos un experto docente que pueda realizar las formaciones del bCentro Penitenciario de Valladolid /b. /p h3Funciones /h3 ul liImpartir la formación sobre gestión y tratamiento de residuos en centros penitenciarios. /li liPreparar el temario previamente facilitado por Ecoembes para impartirlo en tiempo y forma: preparación de presentaciones, dinámicas de clase, trabajos en equipo, actividades complementarias, evaluaciones, etc. /li liSeguimiento de los alumnos semanalmente, reforzando aquellos aspectos identificados durante el desarrollo de la formación para que logren motivarse y finalizar con éxito. /li liElaboración y desarrollo de actividades complementarias de reciclaje, lideradas por los alumnos para reforzar el hábito del reciclaje en el resto de la comunidad penitenciaria. /li liCoordinación e interlocución con el coordinador del proyecto en Ecoembes durante toda la formación. /li liCoordinación e interlocución con el gestor de formación del centro penitenciario en el que se esté desarrollando la formación. /li /ul h3Requisitos /h3 pbEstudios mínimos /b /p ul liLicenciatura, diplomatura o grado del sector ambiental (Biología, Ciencias Ambientales, Ciencias del Mar, Física, Química, Ingeniería, etc.). /li liAcreditar experiencia docente de al menos 100 horas en modalidad presencial. /li liValorable máster y/o postgrado relacionado con la gestión de recursos naturales y/o gestión de residuos (gestión de residuos, gestión ambiental, economía circular, recursos naturales, etc.). /li liValorable titulaciones universitarias de Psicología, Pedagogía, Psicopedagogía, Máster Universitario de profesorado u otras acreditaciones oficiales equivalentes. /li liEstar en situación de desempleo durante el desarrollo de las formaciones, abstenerse candidatos con empleo. /li liDisponer de carnet de conducir y vehículo propio. /li /ul pbExperiencia mínima /b /p ul liExperiencia mínima de 100 horas de formación impartidas presencialmente o poseer el título de profesorado. /li /ul pbHabilidades /b /p pAlta capacidad de planificación y organización, liderazgo, compromiso, creatividad y empatía. /p h3Tipo de contrato /h3 pContrato de trabajo de 176 horas, a media jornada por parte del Trabajo Penitenciario y Formación para el Empleo dependiente del Ministerio del Interior. /p h3Remuneración /h3 pRemuneración por hora de formación impartida. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
