The Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Designer & Creator Intern to join our marketing team. You will design and produce visual content that engages our global community of hospitality professionals and students across our key social channels. This is a hands-on role where your ideas and creativity will have a real impact, working within a supportive, international team. Responsibilities: Content Design: Create engaging visuals and graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, following brand guidelines and the social media calendar. Video Editing: Edit short-form videos and reels for social media using established templates, with support from the team. Social Media: Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing content across channels. Metrics: Track and report on content performance across social platforms. Content Support: Assist with blog and campaign materials for both B2C and B2B platforms, ensuring timely publication. AI-Assisted Content Creation: Use LLM tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to draft, iterate, and repurpose content — including captions, blog posts, and campaign copy — adapting outputs to match brand voice and audience. Influencer Marketing: Support the identification, outreach, and coordination of influencer partnerships; assist with briefing, content review, and performance tracking of influencer campaigns. FUNCIONES • Control de Entrada y No Conformidades: Inspeccionar y gestionar la aceptación o rechazo de materias primas y materiales de compra, identificando y segregando correctamente los materiales no conformes. Esto incluye la gestión integral de las no conformidades a proveedor (internas o derivadas de cliente), la colaboración con el área de Compras para su gestión, el envío de muestras para análisis y la realización de visitas cuando sea necesario., • Estándares y Documentación: Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica de materias primas (granzas y colorantes), gestionar las igualaciones de color en componentes plásticos y metálicos, y mantener al día las panoplias de colores y defectos, registrándolas en la base de datos., • Validación y Soporte Técnico: Participar en la validación de componentes nuevos o modificados (ejecutando pruebas de montaje y control de aspecto), y ofrecer soporte de calidad en las pruebas internas que involucren productos de proveedores., • Informes y Mejora Continua: Elaborar informes periódicos sobre calidad de proveedores, participar activamente en la definición de indicadores, análisis de causas y ciclos PDCA, y promover actividades de mejora continua (AMFEs, QRQC, A3, SPC). Responsabilidades • Cultura y Cumplimiento: Asumir y aplicar las Políticas del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (SIG), Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC), y Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente (incluyendo Buenas Prácticas Ambientales SGEN). Se exige respetar las normas de BPF's y reportar inmediatamente riesgos o incumplimientos., • Calidad y Operativa (Operarios): Aplicar planes de control (PC, LC, PCL), usar la ropa de trabajo y reportar no conformidades., • Calidad y Operativa (Producción/Calidad): Liberar material, decidir el destino de material fuera de especificaciones (derogar, reprocesar, destruir) y verificar reprocesados., • Mejora Continua: Sugerir mejoras en el SIG y colaborar en el análisis de causas y ciclos PDCA/indicadores., • Continuidad del Negocio (SGCN): Todo el personal debe apoyar al Comité de Crisis; la comunicación externa de incidentes debe ser aprobada por el responsable. FORMACION/ EDUCACION: Formación Básica: Ciclo formativo de grado medio (preferiblemente en áreas técnicas). CONOCIMIENTOS : Formación de introducción al Sistema de Gestión Integrado de Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente. Informática: Sistema operativo Windows. Aplicaciones MSOffice, Correo Electrónico y Babtec Conocimientos básicos de estadística. EXPERIENCIA: Aconsejable 2 años de experiencia previa en tareas de producción en planta o en calidad. What You'll Do: You’ll deliver engaging onboarding programs and training sessions (in-person & virtual) across Iberia, covering skills, behaviors, and product knowledge (Stay, F&B, Membership). Who You Are: You bring solid experience in hospitality operations (4/5 lifestyle brands or similar), across departments such as Front Office, Rooms, F&B, M&E, or Membership. You have experience delivering and/or facilitating training programs, ideally including onboarding. You’re a natural facilitator with the ability to engage diverse audiences and create impactful learning experiences. You combine strong interpersonal skills with a coaching mindset—you listen, observe, challenge, and support growth.
