This role partners closely with senior leadership across our Enterprise Technology (ET) and AI, Insights Solutions (AIS) practices to drive Bain’s global inorganic growth agenda. You’ll collaborate with executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners to evaluate and execute high-impact deals in the fast-evolving technology landscape. /p h3WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM /h3 pAs a Senior Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping Bain’s corporate development agenda. You’ll identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities—including MA, strategic investments, and partnerships—that strengthen Bain’s position in technology and innovation. /p h3WHAT YOU’LL DO /h3 ul liLead deal sourcing and pipeline management, building and maintaining a robust portfolio of opportunities. /li liExecute end-to-end transactions, including sourcing, diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and integration planning. /li liPartner with Bain’s Vector leadership to drive strategic projects and initiatives. /li liRun innovation sprints to ensure our team leverages cutting-edge tools and processes. /li liMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and investor sentiment to inform Bain’s corporate strategy. /li /ul h3ABOUT YOU /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or venture capital; technology sector exposure strongly preferred. /li liProven track record of leading and closing MA or investment transactions from start to finish. /li liStrong strategic thinking, financial modeling, and business case development skills. /li liConfident communicator with demonstrated ability to influence and present to C-suite stakeholders. /li liComfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment with a high degree of ownership. /li liBachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. /li liFluency in English; additional languages a plus. /li /ul h3WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK /h3 pWe are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows: /p ul liIn the United States, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between USstrong$132,500 – US$158,000 /strong.
