Your mission is to understand our business and its processes deeply, identify where they can be made faster, simpler, and more reliable, and bdeliver data-driven, automated, AI-powered solutions /b that raise productivity, sharpen decision-making, and drive operational excellence across the company. /p pThis is a bbusiness-first, deeply technical role /b. You combine a genuine understanding of bhow the business runs /b with strong engineering skills, including bdata engineering /b, bprogramming /b, and benough DevOps fluency /b to prepare your solutions for clean, standardized handover to production. /p pThis role is integrated in the BI team, which sits within the Finance department. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 pThe team member shall perform the present tasks inherent to such position, including, but not limited to, the following: /p ul liPartner with business teams to develop a deep understanding of their processes and to identify and scope high-impact transformation opportunities through AI and automation. /li liDefine the bbusiness problem, success metrics, feasibility, risks, and ROI /b. /li liMap, document, and analyze the current processes, systems, and data flows across the existing tool landscape. Challenge existing processes and assumptions, identify bottlenecks, and propose new workflows and tooling that enable scalability and efficiency. /li liDesign and deliver new solutions end-to-end, from proof of concept to production. /li liDevelop automation and AI-based systems such as bintelligent routing, workflow orchestration, and AI agents running in production /b, integrated with internal platforms via bAPIs and webhooks /b. /li liPrepare and package solutions according to the standards of the DevOps team so they can be deployed and operated in a plug-and-play manner. This does not mean acting as a DevOps engineer, but having a solid conceptual understanding of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and modern deployment practices, so that what you build fits seamlessly into our operational standards. /li liEstablish bquality, performance, and safety monitoring /b for all solutions, including the LLM-powered agents running in production. Work closely with the AI team to ensure compliant usage of agents. Create documentation, runbooks, and handovers to ensure sustainable operations. /li liDesign ingestion and transformation pipelines using dbt, to support automation, analytics, and decision-making at scale. /li liAct as a catalyst for continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and driving operational excellence through innovation and simplification. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liDeep understanding of business processes, with a bstrong process-mapping and optimization mindset /b, focused on measurable efficiency gains and anticipation of edge cases and failure modes. /li liStrong programming skills in bPython and/or Java, with strong SQL /b, for automation, data transformation, and system integration. /li liProven experience building and maintaining bETL/ELT pipelines using dbt /b or similar frameworks. /li liHands‑on experience executing automations. /li libPractical experience with LLMs and AI agents /b, including building and running bagentic workflows in production /b, and a habit of actively keeping up to date with the fast‑evolving developments in the field. /li libSolid conceptual DevOps knowledge /b, including bcontainerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) /b, and deployment practices, sufficient to prepare solutions to the standards of a DevOps team for smooth, standardized deployment. /li liFamiliarity with bintegrating APIs and webhooks /b to automate cross‑system workflows. /li liExperience working with cloud platforms such as bAWS, GCP, or Azure /b. /li liExcellent bcollaboration, stakeholder communication, and ownership /b across technical and business teams, and participates in code/design reviews. /li liA proactive and self‑driven mindset, with a passion for solving complex problems through simple, scalable solutions, bunderstanding cost vs. performance tradeoffs. /b /li /ul h3Salary /h3 pAt Qualifyze, our salary ranges are transparent internally, and we aim to follow a similar approach externally. For this role, we’re happy to share a reference point within the band: the expected salary range is around b€55,000 - €70,000 /b, centred around the median.
