ppAt Noa's Talent Recruitment, we are currently selecting a strongBusiness Development Manager /strong for a well-known multinational company specializing in industrial equipment, strongbased in Asturias /strong. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliSupport local importers in the development of their existing business, with a focus on new business acquisition in underdeveloped, unexplored or completely new channels (online offline). /liliGather market data and analyze the real local market potential, especially in underdeveloped product and market segments. Develop a clear market approach and strategy to enter and grow these segments. /liliEstablish alliances and collaborations (e.g., material and machine testing) with the local material industry to drive business growth in the Iberian region. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and implement these partnerships. /liliSupport local key account management as well as marketing and sales initiatives to drive both existing and new business growth. Conduct joint or independent visits to key accounts and dealers to gain insight into the market and identify opportunities. /liliContribute to the development of an omni-channel approach to reach end users, including direct online sales, multi-channel strategies, OEM partnerships, key account initiatives, and cross-divisional opportunities. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular meetings and strategic planning. Support negotiations and contract closures with key and new clients. Focus on acquiring new accounts while growing the existing customer base, including expansion into new channels. /liliSupport the creation of a local strategic marketing plan for main sales partners and key accounts. Assist in planning and executing product launches, including communication strategies, marketing plans and forecasts. /liliMonitor key financial KPIs (e.g., net sales, gross profit) and report on performance using available digital tools.
