    Are you looking for a new adventure? we are looking for an F&B Cluster MarCom (Food & Beverage Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager) to cover a maternity leave A F&B Cluster MarCom (Food & Beverage Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager) is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for the food and beverage outlets across multiple hotels within a cluster or region. Here's a brief definition in English: ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Definition of the Marketing & Communication Plan for Outlets Establishment of the Marketing & Communication plan. Plan creation. Plan monitoring. Plan adaptation throughout the year. Branding and Concept Ensure visual and conceptual consistency for each outlet. Development of all stationery and communication/marketing materials required for each restaurant. Digital Communication Supervise publications, materials, and shootings. Control monthly publication calendars. Coordinate with agencies and the e-commerce team. Optimize presence on key platforms (websites, Google Business Profile, reservations). PR Coordinate the PR plan of each outlet’s hotel. Draft/Review press releases. Organize national and international press trips to promote the restaurant. Hosting: receiving journalists and influencers. Development of gifts for clients or press. Collaborate on national and international Press Trips organized by BU or RO where the hotel, and therefore the restaurant, is promoted. Campaigns and Activations Ensure proper implementation of promotions and events. Analysis and Visibility Establish KPIs, track them, and consolidate reports. Verify updates of websites, apps, and basic SEO. Analyze competition and digital trends. Regional and Cross-Functional Coordination Align the strategy of the different outlets under a unified brand vision. Share best practices among hotels and ensure consistency across all markets. Management of Suppliers and External Agencies Select, coordinate, and follow up with PR, social media, and design agencies. Validate deliverables and ensure compliance with timings and budgets. Budget and Reporting Establish the annual budget of each restaurant in collaboration with the GM, Revenue, and F&B department. Control the assigned marketing investment. Prepare consolidated reports by country/region for Management and BU. Reporting Direct reporting to the GM. ¿Qué buscamos? Skills Excellent capacity to plan, organize and manage priorities; Strategic thinking, in line with brand positioning and business objectives. Service oriented person Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in Spanish and English; Experience / knowledge of graphic design tools Prior experience in Hospitality and Tourism/Gastronomy/Luxury experience Spanish mother tongue is mandatory plus high level of English Qualifications Master/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position ¿Por qué elegirnos?     ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Responsabilidades Principales • Con dependencia funcional del Director Regional / Corporativo de Ingeniería. • Responsabilidad integral sobre la operación técnica y de mantenimiento de las instalaciones, garantizando el cumplimiento de: Estándares de marca (Minor Hotels / NH) • Requisitos legales y normativos en España • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento, fiabilidad y ciclo de vida de todos los activos técnicos: A. Sistemas HVAC y BMS B. Instalaciones eléctricas e iluminación C. Fontanería y producción de ACS D. Sistemas de protección contra incendios E. Ascensores F. Cocinas, lavanderías, spa y piscinas (si aplica) G. Planificar y supervisar los programas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, mediante CMMS. • Custodiar y mantener toda la documentación legal, licencias e inspecciones reglamentarias. • Elaborar y controlar los presupuestos de OPEX y CAPEX del departamento. •Liderar proyectos de renovación, reformas técnicas y adecuaciones a estándares de marca. • Gestionar procesos de licitación: selección de proveedores, negociación, supervisión y control de calidad. • Impulsar iniciativas de eficiencia energética, sostenibilidad y ESG, incluyendo seguimiento de consumos. • Garantizar el estricto cumplimiento de seguridad, PCI y planes de emergencia. • Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de Ingeniería: A. Dimensionamiento y turnos B. Formación técnica C. Evaluación del desempeño • Colaborar activamente con el Comité de Dirección para minimizar el impacto técnico en la experiencia del huésped. • Formar parte del equipo de respuesta ante emergencias y disponibilidad ante incidencias críticas. Indicadores Clave de Éxito en el Puesto • Cumplimiento normativo sin desviaciones críticas. • Alta fiabilidad de las instalaciones y mínima incidencia no planificada. • Control efectivo de costes de mantenimiento y ejecución de CAPEX en plazo y presupuesto. • Mejora continua de los indicadores de eficiencia energética. • Equipo técnico cualificado, estable y motivado. • Coordinación fluida con Operaciones garantizando una excelente experiencia de cliente. ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia Profesional • Experiencia mínima de 5–7 años en ingeniería o mantenimiento de edificios, con al menos 3–5 años en un puesto de Chief Engineer, Director Técnico o similar. • Experiencia sólida en hoteles urbanos de lujo / upper upscale o edificios complejos de alta exigencia. • Trayectoria demostrada en: A. Estrategias de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo B. Gestión de proyectos CAPEX C. Eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos multidisciplinares y coordinando contratas externas. Perfil y Competencias • Liderazgo fuerte, cercano y técnico, con visión estratégica. • Alta capacidad de organización, análisis y resolución de problemas. • Perfil autónomo, riguroso y orientado a resultados. • Capacidad de reporting técnico y económico a nivel dirección. • Habilidad para tratar con propietarios, corporativo, auditores y autoridades. • Manejo avanzado de CMMS, Microsoft Office y herramientas de reporting técnico. • Orientación al servicio y a la excelencia operativa en entorno hotelero. Formación y Certificaciones • Titulación técnica superior o universitaria en Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Instalaciones, Edificación o similar). • Sólida base técnica en HVAC, electricidad, fontanería, PCI y sistemas de edificios. • Conocimiento demostrable de la normativa española aplicable: CTE, RITE, REBT, RIPCI • Legislación de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales • Se valorarán certificaciones eléctricas, térmicas o de protección contra incendios. • Inglés fluido imprescindible.
