Experteer Overview As Package Quality Manager, you drive QA/QC for an offshore wind package, ensuring compliance with project standards, codes, and contractual obligations. You act as the key quality interface between project teams, contractors, and site quality resources, guiding quality decisions and documentation. You oversee fabrication quality, audits, and NCRs, while aligning with HSE‑Q practices and project milestones. This role is pivotal in delivering reliable quality dossiers for handover and continuous improvement. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead and coordinate QA/QC activities for the assigned package to align with project specs and employer requirements • Oversee fabrication quality, including welding, coating, electrical works, and Hold/Witness Points per ITPs • Review contractor quality documentation (Quality Plans, ITPs, procedures) and maintain project quality documents (PQP, ITAP) • Manage quality audits, NCRs, and corrective actions with traceability and closure • Interface with contractors and site quality teams to coordinate inspection planning and dossier preparation • Support project Gate Model, milestones, and payment-related deliverables • Mobilize and train Site Quality Resources; monitor site quality performance and enforce HSE‑Q • Provide regular quality reporting and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement • Ensure proper compilation and handover of Quality Dossiers to Ou0026M • Travel to fabrication sites and coordinate across multiple stakeholders Responsabilidades • Bachelor in Engineering (or equivalent) with 10+ years of QA/QC experience in offshore wind or large industrial projects • Strong knowledge of welding, NDT, coating, electrical systems, and factory testing • Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management in EPC/FIDIC environments • Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate contractors, and manage cross‑stakeholder interfaces • Excellent English communication; Spanish skills valued • Experience with ITPs, quality documentation, NCR handling, and risk‑based quality approaches • Familiarity with project governance, Gate Model, and dossier preparation Requisitos principales • flexible working hours • remote work policies • private medical insurance • life and accident insurance • wellness programme • professional development opportunities
