We are seeking a Medical Operations Associate Manager to join our local Medical Affairs team, supporting our Spain operations in a hybrid role. In this role, you will ensure the compliant, high-quality execution of local medical affairs activities while collaborating with medical affairs colleagues and cross-functional partners. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organisation making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide. /p h3When Where /h3 pMadrid, Spain (hybrid) /p h3Discover Your Role /h3 ul liDrive compliant execution of country Medical Affairs priorities across therapeutic areas. /li liMaintain audit and inspection readiness through documentation, transparency, and ABAC reporting. /li liLocalise Medical Affairs SOPs and work instructions into local process guides. /li liServe as subject matter expert for vendor onboarding, security, privacy, and compliance assessments. /li liManage country contracts (CDAs, MSAs, SOWs), purchase orders, and budget reconciliation with Finance and Procurement. /li liLead logistics for medical meetings and congresses, coordinating contracting, registration, venue, and travel. /li liOversee local Medical Affairs onboarding, communications, and operational meeting follow-up. /li liYou bring a structured, service-oriented mindset to multiple priorities with limited supervision. /li /ul h3This Role Requires /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. /li li6-8+ years in Medical Affairs operations, coordination, project support, or administrative pharma or biotech roles. /li liExperience in a country organisation, with knowledge of country-level compliance, transparency, regulated processes, and medical governance. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office, Veeva CRM, and Vault Medical PromoMats. /li liFluency in Spanish, with business-proficient English preferred. /li liWillingness to undertake occasional business travel. /li liPreferred: country Medical Affairs and congress logistics experience, procurement systems (iCertis or SAP), Finance partnership, and commercial operations experience. /li liHighly organised, proactive, and service-oriented, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration. /li /ul pDoes this sound like you?
