Your job is to bring out the best in each engineer while building a cohesive, high‑performing team that moves in the same direction. /p pYou’ll be responsible for setting clear expectations, aligning on common engineering practices, and making thoughtful decisions about where to standardize and where to let teams own their approach. At the same time, you’ll partner closely with product to deliver against a shared roadmap and maintain high standards across reliability, scalability, and code quality. /p pThis is a role for someone who is energized by the people side of engineering — building trust, creating clarity around ownership, and helping engineers do the best work of their careers. Contribute key insights to elevate our engineering organization and execute strategic planning. /li libInnovation Efficiency: /b Support your team in consistently applying best practices and embracing cutting‑edge technologies, including leveraging advanced AI tools to optimize day‑to‑day efficiency. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul libEngineering Leadership Experience: /b 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing, coaching, and growing software engineering teams. /li libStrong Technical Foundation: /b Proven professional experience as a Software Engineer (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, or Cloud systems). /li libFocus on Delivery: /b Proven track record of managing engineering execution, optimizing team processes, and consistently driving teams to ship high-quality software on time. /li libTechnical Guidance (Hands‑Off, Brains‑On): /b You won’t be writing code daily, but must have the technical depth to review architectural designs, challenge technical decisions, ask the right questions, and guide the team toward sustainable, high‑quality software solutions. /li libCollaboration Soft Skills: /b Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and highly proactive.
