(Required) /li liStrong hands‑on experience mapping and redesigning end‑to‑end finance processes, preferably across multiple countries or business units. (Required) /li liProven ability to document current‑state and target‑state processes using structured methods such as BPMN, SIPOC, value‑stream mapping, process mining outputs, RACIs, control matrices, or equivalent approaches. (Required) /li liExperience working with finance systems and data flows, ideally including ERP platforms, reporting tools, workflow tools, reconciliation tools, process mining, RPA, or analytics platforms. (Required) /li liTrack record of translating finance process requirements into technology‑enabled improvements and measurable business outcomes. (Required) /li liExperience in payments, financial services, fintech, or regulated environments. (Preferred) /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. (Required) /li liMaster’s degree, MBA, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, process mining, finance systems, data analytics, or project/program management certification. (Required) /li liStrong understanding of governance, risk, controls, auditability, and data quality in finance transformation initiatives. (Required) /li liAbility to translate business needs and improvement opportunities into structured requirements for technology teams and vendors.
