Together with the team, you will support AVATR's expansion in the Spanish market across business development, sales, marketing, aftersales, and network operations. /p pAVATR’s Europe Overseas Business Development Team in Madrid is looking for a CRM Specialist/Manager to support our expansion in the Spanish market across business development, sales, marketing, aftersales, and network operations. /p h3What you will do /h3 ol liDaily Operations Monitoring KPI Management ul liSupervise daily operations of in‑house or outsourced call center teams. /li liTrack and report on core operational KPIs including: ul liCall answer rate and abandonment rate. /li liAverage speed of answer (ASA) and average handling time (AHT). /li liWork order closure rate and first contact resolution (FCR). /li liCustomer satisfaction (CSAT) score. /li /ul /li liGenerate daily, weekly and monthly operational performance reports. /li liIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to meet requirements. /li /ul /li liService Quality Assurance Standard Compliance ul liConduct regular quality audits through call recording monitoring, customer follow‑up calls and work order review. /li liProvide constructive feedback and coaching to customer service representatives on service attitude, communication skills and problem‑solving techniques. /li liAnalyze quality trends and identify training needs for the team. /li liEnsure all customer interactions comply with brand standards, company policies and local regulatory requirements. /li liDrive continuous improvement in service quality and customer experience. /li /ul /li liEscalated Complaint Resolution Crisis Management ul liServe as the primary escalation point for complex customer complaints and emergency service incidents. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional resources (technical, service, parts) to resolve escalated issues within 24 hours. /li liConduct root cause analysis for high‑impact customer complaints and implement preventive measures. /li liMaintain detailed records of escalated cases and track resolution progress until closure. /li /ul /li liKnowledge Base Management Information Synchronization ul liCollaborate with headquarters and regional technical, service and parts teams to develop and maintain the call center knowledge base. /li liUpdate and validate content including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, policy explanations, product information and service procedures. /li liEnsure all knowledge base content is accurate, up‑to‑date and easily accessible to customer service representatives. /li /ul /li liTraining Performance Management ul liDesign and deliver comprehensive onboarding training programs for new call center employees covering: ul liBrand standards and service etiquette /li liProduct knowledge and vehicle features /li liCRM system operation and work order management /li liCustomer service skills and complaint handling techniques /li /ul /li liDevelop and implement ongoing training programs to enhance team capabilities. /li liDesign and execute performance‑based incentive schemes to motivate the team. /li /ul /li /ol h3What you will bring /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field. /li liMinimum 2-3 years of experience in call center operations, customer service or CRM management. /li liProven experience in KPI monitoring and service quality management. /li liProficiency in both English and Spanish. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle high‑pressure situations. /li liExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics or similar) and call center software. /li liAdvanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). /li /ul pLocation: Ourense, Kingdom Of Spain, ES /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
