This position is designed for an accomplished senior logistics leader specializing in heavy-volume, bulky goods distribution (Grandes Superficies / Gran Volume). The role demands a professional with a strong command of industrial facility safety, specialized warehouse layout optimization, and the leadership capacity to manage high-turnover cross-docking operations. Mission & Scope • PeThe Mission: Take complete operational, safety, and strategic ownership of our brand-new Large Item Distribution Center in the Madrid area, ensuring a flawless launch, optimized space utilization, and damage-free inventory throughput., • T.The Scope: You will take full accountability for the entire bulky goods fulfillment ecosystem—from specialized racking configuration and heavy machinery inbound/outbound operations to driving strict compliance with the Madrid Logistics Collective Agreement (Convenio Colectivo) and industrial safety standard.
