Job Description Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control efforts for a major federal construction project supporting the Texas Military Department in Laredo, TX. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring all design and construction activities comply with contract requirements, project specifications, and federal quality standards. Working closely with project leadership, the QC Manager will be responsible for reviewing, inspecting, documenting, and validating daily construction activities to ensure work is performed correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, this position serves as the primary advocate for quality throughout the life of the project. Project & Work Environment: This position is based full-time in Laredo, Texas and will support the Laredo Readiness Center (RC) & Field Maintenance Shop (FMS) project. Project Scope Includes: • National Guard Readiness Center, • Field Maintenance Shop, • Supporting facilities, • Site development and infrastructure, • Civil construction, • Structural systems, • Architectural construction, • Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), • Fire protection systems, • Information technology and telecommunications infrastructure The project broke ground in March 2025 and is expected to run through February 2027, providing long-term stability and the opportunity to make a significant impact on a major military construction initiative. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
