Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Picker Packer – Medical Device Distribution Job Description This role supports a medical device distribution center by accurately picking, packing, receiving, and shipping customer orders while maintaining inventory integrity and a clean, organized warehouse. You will handle inbound receiving, order selection, packing, and general warehouse duties with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with standard operating procedures. Responsibilities • Receive incoming products, verify accuracy against documentation, and store items in assigned warehouse locations., • Pick customer orders accurately according to order specifications and standard operating procedures., • Pack orders securely and correctly to ensure products arrive safely and in good condition., • Perform shipping activities, including preparing orders for shipment and assisting with loading and unloading freight as needed., • Use RF scanners and related technology to locate, pick, and track inventory and orders., • Move pallets and materials safely to keep aisles and work areas clear and organized., • Maintain inventory integrity by following established processes and reporting discrepancies or issues promptly., • Participate in physical inventories and cycle count activities to ensure accurate stock levels., • Follow general manufacturing and distribution SOPs to support work in a regulated environment., • Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and organized condition, including regular housekeeping tasks., • Perform general labor and other warehouse duties as assigned based on business needs, including lifting and moving boxes. Essential Skills • Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment with a strong focus on accuracy in order selection., • Experience working in a regulated environment such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or other FDA-regulated operations., • Proficiency using RF scanners for picking, packing, and inventory tracking., • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work within general manufacturing and distribution guidelines., • Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders., • Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes, moving pallets, and standing or walking for extended periods., • Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory integrity and a well-ordered warehouse., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience as a picker, packer, runner, or general laborer in a warehouse or distribution setting., • Familiarity with medical device distribution processes or other highly regulated supply chain environments., • Comfort working with GM (general manufacturing) and distribution practices., • Ability to learn and consistently follow detailed SOPs and quality procedures., • Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
