Job DescriptionHiring General Laborers in Denver Area Get Paid to Build, Install & Work with Your Hands Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of your hard work at the end of the day? We're looking for motivated General Laborers to join our team supporting the installation, setup, and teardown of mobile office units, storage containers, and modular buildings at construction sites. This is a 2–3 month project with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role for dependable individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude. What You'll Do As a General Laborer, you'll work alongside experienced drivers and field crews, helping deliver and prepare mobile units so they're safe, functional, and ready for customer use. Responsibilities • Assist with the delivery and installation of mobile offices, storage containers, and modular buildings, • Support unit placement, leveling, anchoring, and setup, • Prepare job sites by clearing debris and creating safe work areas, • Install steps, ramps, skirting, tie-downs, shelving, partitions, furniture, and other components, • Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, painting, caulking, and patching, • Clean and prepare units for customer occupancy, • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment, • Assist with teardown, removal, and site cleanup at project completion, • Work closely with a team to complete projects efficiently and safely, • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications, • Construction, general labor, landscaping, or other hands-on work experience—or a strong willingness to learn, • Ability to repeatedly lift 50–75 pounds, • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, • Basic understanding of hand and power tools, • Strong work ethic and reliability, • Team-player mindset with a positive attitudePreferred Qualifications, • Experience in construction, demolition, carpentry, drywall, flooring, siding, insulation, or production environments, • Experience with site preparation, assembly, installation, or teardown projects, • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, • Entry-level candidates eager to learn a trade are encouraged to applyWhy Join Us?, • Gain valuable hands-on construction and field experience, • Learn transferable skills using tools, equipment, and installation processes, • Work with a supportive, team-oriented crew, • Opportunity to transition into a long-term position based on performance, • Stay active and work in a role where every day brings something differentSchedule & Work Environment 1st Shift | Monday–Friday • Start times typically between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, • Finish when the day's work is complete, • Occasional weekend work as needed This is a field-based position performed primarily outdoors at construction and customer job sites. You'll work on uneven terrain, in various weather conditions, and travel with a small team to support project installations and removals.
