Take clear before-and-after photos when required. Document existing conditions and any additional issues discovered. Provide detailed estimates for labor and materials when requested.Professional Communication Communicate professionally with residents, property managers, and company representatives. Follow all company work order instructions. Notify the office immediately of any unexpected issues or changes in scope.
