\n Position Overview \n \n We are seeking a high-performing Senior Analyst to support enterprise transformation initiatives at Brink’s, with the ability to operate across both a Transformation PMO and Integration Management Office (IMO) environment. \n In this role, you will help drive execution of complex, cross-functional programs by building governance structures, enabling leadership cadence, and translating program data into clear, actionable insights for senior executives. \n This is a high-visibility, high-impact role suited for candidates with a background in consulting, strategy, or enterprise transformation who are comfortable working in ambiguity, driving structure, and influencing senior stakeholders. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n Transformation Execution & PMO Support \n\n • Support execution of enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple functions (HR, Finance, IT, etc.)\n, • Track initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones across the portfolio\n, • Prepare executive-level materials (ELT, SteerCo, board updates)\n, • Drive follow-ups and accountability across workstreams\n\n \n Governance, Cadence, and Operating Rhythm \n\n • Stand up and maintain governance structures and PMO processes\n, • Coordinate weekly/monthly transformation cadence (SteerCo, workstream reviews, working sessions)\n, • Manage action tracking, decision logs, and reporting standards\n, • Ensure consistency in templates, tools, and reporting outputs\n\n \n Reporting, Insights, and Data Management \n\n • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI tracking\n, • Translate complex program data into clear, concise executive insights\n, • Identify risks, trends, and performance gaps and proactively escalate\n\n \n Cross-Functional Coordination \n\n • Partner with business, finance, HR, IT, and operations leaders\n, • Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and deliverables\n, • Support communication and change management efforts as needed\n\n \n Integration Management Office (IMO) Support \n\n • Support integration planning and execution for acquisitions, outsourcing, or large-scale operational changes\n, • Track integration milestones, synergies, risks, and dependencies\n, • Help build IMO tracking tools, reporting structures, and governance frameworks\n, • Coordinate across integration workstreams to ensure alignment and execution discipline\n\n \n Process & Tool Development \n\n • Help design and improve PMO and IMO tools (e.g., Shibumi or similar platforms)\n, • Standardize processes, templates, and reporting structures\n, • Support onboarding and enablement of initiative owners and stakeholders\n\n \n Qualifications \n Experience \n\n • 2–6 years of experience in:\n, • Management consulting (preferred), or\n, • Enterprise transformation, PMO, strategy, or business operations\n, • Experience supporting large, cross-functional programs or integration efforts preferred\n\n \n Core Capabilities \n\n • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills\n, • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments\n, • Experience working with executive stakeholders and preparing leadership materials\n, • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear messaging\n, • High ownership mindset with strong follow-through and attention to detail\n\n \n Technical Skills \n\n • Experience with project / portfolio tools (e.g., Shibumi, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.)\n, • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint\n\n \n Education \n\n • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)\n\n \n Preferred Profile \n\n • Background in consulting or similar high-performance environment\n, • Experience building governance, reporting, and transformation infrastructure\n, • Proven ability to:\n, • Work directly with senior leaders\n, • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously\n, • Bring structure to ambiguous problems\n, • Comfortable acting as a “utility player” across PMO, strategy, and integration work\n\n \n Why This Role \n\n • Direct exposure to senior leadership and enterprise transformation\n, • Opportunity to help build and scale the Transformation Office and IMO capability\n, • Broad scope across strategy, execution, and operations\n, • High-growth role with strong visibility and career trajectory\n
