The HSSE Manager will oversee driver safety programs, hazmat compliance, spill response, vehicle/tank regulatory requirements, and the development of a strong safety culture across all operations. This position requires a decisive, highly knowledgeable compliance leader capable of operating independently, making rapid decisions under pressure, and holding all levels of the organization accountable to safety standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsibilities • Inspect windows, doors, glass, frames, screens, and hardware for defects and quality compliance, • Check products for scratches, cracks, dents, damage, or missing parts, • Ensure products match work orders and customer specifications, including sizes, glass type, color, grids, locks, and other options, • Test windows and doors to confirm proper operation of opening, closing, and locking mechanisms, • Complete final inspections before products are sent to Shipping, • Place defective products on hold and report quality problems to the appropriate team, • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting of inspections and quality issues, • Recommend and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
