From emergency mitigation and insurance claim guidance to complete property restoration, our team helps people rebuild after some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Our Emergency Restoration Outside Sales Specialists are often the first person a property owner meets after a disaster. You won't just be selling restoration services - you will be providing direction, assurance, and a clear path forward when people need it most. • This is a field-based outside sales role where as a top performer you can excel by managing your own schedule, creating opportunities, setting your own appointments, and consistently delivering results. We provide: • Experienced operations team to support your efforts, • Administrative and inside sales assistance, • Ongoing sales and restoration training, • Marketing materials and branded apparel, • Property research and lead information, • HubSpot CRM and sales technology for leads organization What You'll Do • Create opportunities through proactive prospecting, rapid response to active losses, networking, and referral development., • Respond quickly to emergency property losses and become the trusted first resource for homeowners and business owners., • Meet property owners at active emergency loss scenes or self-generated appointments you schedule, and guide them through the next steps., • Build trust quickly while maintaining professionalism and empathy, assess damage, explain the restoration process, with confidence and compassion during difficult situations., • Secure signed emergency service agreements so our team can begin providing assistance to customers immediately., • Help customers understand the restoration and insurance claims process from day one., • Develop long-term relationships with adjusters, public adjusters, property managers, real estate professionals, first responders, and other referral partners., • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales leads activities, follow-up schedules, and customer communications., • Coordinate with operations to ensure a seamless transition from signed agreement to emergency response and restoration., • Document daily site visits and lead activity. Preferred Background, • Outside B2C sales, Territory sales, • Familiarity with property insurance claims., • Basic understanding of water, fire, or mold remediation., • Construction, Restoration, Property insurance claims, Emergency services Schedule, • Full-time expected 40 hours per week, • Monday to Friday, • May require nights & weekends, • Able to work beyond a 40-hour work week as needed to complete goals & responsibilities, • Attend weekly morning team meeting at our office headquarters in Succasunna, NJ. Compensation, • $800 per week during the initial 90-day training and evaluation period., • Performance reviews occur on a regular basis with opportunity for pay adjustments., • 4% commission on mitigation sales., • Full commission is earned on every sale closed during the 90-day probationary time., • Uncapped earning potential. Requirements • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record., • Reliable personal vehicle., • Legally authorized to work in the United States., • Ability to travel throughout New Jersey and surrounding territories., • Willingness to respond to emergency losses, including occasional evenings, nights, and weekends.
