Amaris is your steppingstone to cross rivers of change, meet challenges and achieve all your projects with success. \n \n Job Description \n Join Amaris Consulting as a Research Scientist within our Life Sciences and Engineering scope, supporting neuro-based stereotactic product development and regulated research activities. In this role, you will contribute to investigational and research initiatives, biological evaluation, technical documentation, and cross-functional scientific support for neuro-related medical device projects. \n Your Missions \n\n • Lead and support investigational and research activities for neuro-based stereotactic products.\n, • Identify, assess, and support the development of neuro-oncology, neuro-endoscopy, neurosurgery, and other neuro technologies with stereotactic integration.\n, • Develop, review, and approve technical documentation, including study protocols, reports, and biological safety risk assessments in line with ISO 10993.\n, • Define technical investigation strategies and provide scientific expertise to research and cross-functional teams.\n, • Contribute biological safety content and scientific rationale for regulatory submissions and related technical documents.\n, • Coordinate, initiate, and track laboratory studies, deliverables, biocompatibility assessments, and biological safety testing.\n, • Present scientific and technical information to internal teams, management, external experts, and regulatory bodies when required.\n, • Support scientific interactions with key opinion leaders, laboratories, suppliers, CROs, and partner organizations.\n\n Your Profile \n\n • Experience in neuroscience, tissue histology, preclinical research, or related scientific areas, with 5+ years of relevant industry experience for Master’s degree holders, 3+ years for PhD or DVM holders, or 10+ years for Bachelor’s degree holders.\n, • Experience with biological safety risk assessment, ISO 10993, biocompatibility assessments, medical device R&D, regulated product development, and preclinical in vivo research, including large animal model testing.\n, • Master’s degree in neuroscience, biomedical science, biology, toxicology, materials science, or a related scientific discipline; PhD or DVM preferred.
