About Evolve \n \n Evolve is a biosensing-driven adaptive training platform built for enterprise and high-performance use cases. We combine physiological signals, EEG, PPG, eye tracking, and behavioral data, with structured training programs to drive measurable performance, regulation, and cognitive outcomes in real-world deployment. \n \n Role Summary \n \n We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive execution across Evolve's program and platform roadmap as we move toward commercial launch. \n \n This role serves as the connective tissue across engineering, research, hardware, design, and leadership teams, ensuring that multiple work-streams move forward in alignment and come together into a cohesive product. Success requires the ability to translate product direction into clear requirements, priorities, and execution plans while balancing customer needs, technical constraints, scientific rigor, and delivery timelines. \n \n The Senior Product Manager owns product requirements, scope definition, prioritization, dependency management, and day-to-day cross-functional coordination. Working closely with the CSO, engineering, and research teams, this person ensures the product evolves as one integrated system and that teams have the clarity needed to execute effectively. \n \n This is a highly hands-on role - writing detailed PRD’s and training scopes and is comfortable moving between technical discussions, implementation details, and delivery planning. Pragmatic, decisive, and execution-oriented, they help turn strategy into shipped product. \n Key Responsibilities \n \n 1. Drive Product Integration Across Programs and Platform \n\n • Coordinate execution across Evolve's programs and platform initiatives, ensuring they evolve as one integrated product\n, • Partner closely with hardware, software, firmware, research, and design teams to align requirements and priorities\n, • Define and manage integration requirements across hardware capabilities, biosignal systems, platform infrastructure, and user experiences\n, • Identify dependencies, risks, and critical decisions early and drive resolution\n, • Maintain alignment between product roadmap, technical implementation, and customer outcomes\n\n \n 1. Own Product Requirements and Scope \n\n • Author PRDs, scope documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and engineering specifications\n, • Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements that teams can execute against\n, • Work closely with research and engineering teams to accurately capture system behavior, feedback logic, and platform requirements\n, • Ensure requirements account for hardware constraints, software architecture, signal quality, and deployment realities\n, • Drive scope review and scope close processes to ensure clarity, ownership, and delivery confidence\n\n \n 1. Drive Cross-Functional Execution \n\n • Coordinate delivery across engineering, hardware, research, QA, and design teams\n, • Work hand-in-hand with software engineering teams throughout definition, implementation, testing, and release cycles\n, • Partner with engineering leadership on prioritization, sequencing, and delivery planning\n, • Make day-to-day product tradeoff decisions within approved roadmap direction\n, • Ensure teams have the clarity and alignment needed to execute effectively\n\n \n 1. Manage Planning and Readiness \n\n • Maintain visibility across active initiatives, milestones, and delivery timelines\n, • Manage cross-functional dependencies and surface risks proactively\n, • Support release planning, pilot readiness, and major phase transitions\n, • Escalate strategic tradeoffs with context and recommendations\n, • Help ensure releases are stable, validated, and ready for deployment\n\n \n Experience & Background \n \n Required \n\n • 6–10 years of product management experience delivering complex, integrated hardware-software products\n, • Experience working closely with software engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from requirements through release\n, • Experience collaborating with hardware, firmware, and technical teams where product requirements span physical devices and software platforms\n, • Proven experience authoring PRDs, requirements, scope documents, and engineering specifications\n, • Strong cross-functional experience working with engineering, research, hardware, and design teams\n, • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand system architecture, integrations, data flows, and implementation tradeoffs\n, • Experience operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity\n\n \n Preferred \n\n • Experience with biosensing, wearables, physiological signal-based products, or real-time data systems\n, • Experience with adaptive systems, AI-enabled products, or closed-loop feedback platforms\n, • Experience supporting enterprise pilots, research studies, or field deployments\n, • Experience with VR/AR, immersive technologies, or human performance products\n, • Familiarity with regulated or evidence-based product environments\n\n \n Skills & Traits \n\n • Strong systems thinker who can create clarity across hardware, software, data, and user experience\n, • Pragmatic, decisive, and comfortable making tradeoff decisions\n, • Clear communicator who can work effectively across technical and non-technical teams\n, • Outcome-driven and execution-oriented\n, • Builds trust through competence, accountability, and follow-through\n\n \n Why Join Evolve \n \n This is an opportunity to help build a category-defining platform at the intersection of neurotechnology, biosensing, AI, and human performance. You will work directly with leadership, engineering, and research teams to bring cutting-edge technology from research and pilot deployments into real-world enterprise applications and commercial scale. \n
