Job DescriptionDescription: District Manager of Car Wash Operations Job Overview: The District Manager of Car Wash is responsible for overseeing the operations, management, and performance of multiple car wash locations within a designated geographical area. This role involves enhancing the customer experience, driving sales through membership enrollments, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high-quality car wash standards. The District Manager will lead car wash managers, ensuring that teams are motivated, well-trained, and equipped to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service. Compensation: Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications/. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is: PAY- $80,000-$100,000.00 per year Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Operational Excellence: Oversees the operational procedures of multiple car wash sites, ensuring they meet the company's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness., • Sales and Membership Growth: Actively drives the growth of membership enrollments at each site, implementing strategies to attract and retain members., • Leadership and Communication: Provides leadership, direction, and support to store managers. Communicates effectively, offering regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities., • Financial Management: Monitors financial performance, including revenue and expenses, of each site. Implements strategies to increase profitability., • Customer Satisfaction: Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responds to customer complaints, resolving issues swiftly and effectively., • Compliance and Safety: Ensures all locations comply with health and safety regulations. Proactively manages and mitigates job hazards related to the environment, equipment, and chemicals used in the car wash process., • Performance Monitoring: Conducts regular site visits, audits, and reviews to assess the performance of each location, identifying areas for improvement., • Team Development: Recruits, trains, and motivates site managers and staff to achieve their fullest potential and meet sales targets.
